    A pair of oligonucleotide primers was designed from conserved domain of EIN3 gene family.PCR amplifications were performed on different sex genotype cucumber DNA template and produced 6 fragments of 725 bp,respectively.After cloning and sequencing on CsEIN3 of different sex genotype cucumbers,BLAST and DNAMAN analysis found 14 single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)in coding region,about one average 51 bp,selection rating 1.96 %,3 mutation in enzyme digested site,eight SNPs mutation cause amino acid sequence variation.One set of stable RFLP-BfmⅠenzyme digested reaction system was established.By digesting DNA from different sex genotypes,a specific enzyme digest band in WI1983H was found.

    AFLP and morphological analysis were carried out on 33 radish(Raphanus sativus L.)germplasms.Eight primer combinations were selected for using in characterizing the radish collection.Differences in number,intensity,and size of amplification products were observed depending on the primer combination,ranging between 35 and 56 bands per pair with an average of 45.2 bands.The polymorphism rate was 42.10 %,which indicates abundant genetic diversity existing among the cultivated radish germplasms.These germplasms were clustered into four groups by morphological analysis and AFLP,respectively.Rs14 was single in one cluster which suggests it is a unique germplasm for its purple flesh.The clustering patterns of other materials for AFLP and morphological data were similar.And in general,the others were divided into three groups according to their skin colors:green radish,white radish and red radish.

    The HACCP principles were applied in this paper to establish the model of HACCP plan for fresh-cut lettuce based on the practical production,and the critical control points(CCPs)were verified by field experiment of pesticide and analysis of microbe from the final products,simultaneously,the safety management of fresh-cut lettuce was also discussed,which will help the fresh-cut lettuce industries in China to realize the safety control management of products from farm to retail.

    The induced eggplant resistance to Verticillium dahliae was tested by treating 5 exogenous chemical compounds.The results showed that all chemical compounds could reduce disease index.JA(100 μg?mL-1)was the most effective with ER of 48.5 %.The ER of 0.5 mmol?L-1 RI,5.0 mmol?L-1 RI and 0.50 mmol?L-1 VK3 were 27.0 %,20.6 % and 22.3 %,respectively.Furthermore,the experiment results indicated there were synergetic effect or inhibiting effect among the different exogenous chemical combinations.

    The experiment was performed to study the effects of exogenous ABA on Na+Cl-,K+,Ca2+ contents in different organs of cucumber(Cucumis sativus L.)seedlings under NaCl stress.Results showed that Na+ and Cl- contents increased while K+ and Ca2+ contents of leaves decreased,Na+/K+ and Na+/Ca2+ increased,SK、Na and SCa、Na decreased in NaCl-treated cucumber seedlings.Cucumber seedlings treated with exogenous ABA combined with salinity showed higher levels of K+ and Ca2+ accumulation of leaves and lower levels of Na+ and Cl- accumulation of leaves and root.Exogenous ABA could improve the absorbing selectivity of K+ and Ca2+,thus to enhance the salt tolerance of cucumber seedlings.

    ‘Jiaxuesiyuehong’is a new potherb mustard variety,which was developed by a local potherb mustard variety named‘Tiegengqing’through line breeding method.Its growth period is 190 days.It is late maturity with high ratio of stem to leaf,and moderate fiber contents.The leaves are green and taste well after processing.The sopping vegetables have high amino acid contents.The single plant weight and the yield are about 1.45 kg and 82.5 t?hm-2 when harvested in spring,while 1.20 kg and 75 t?hm-2 in winter.It is suitable to be cultivated in the north and nearby areas of Zhejiang province.

    ‘Dongnong 713’is a new processing tomato F1 hybrid,developed by crossing T511 as male parent with T512 as female parent.It is high resistant to ToMV,Fusarium wilt and Verticillium wilt.The average single fruit weight is 85-90 g.It is red in color and oval in shape.The average fruit firmness is 0.65 kg?cm-2,soluble solid content is 5.6 %,and lycopene content is 98 mg?kg-1.The yield is 90-97.5 t?hm-2.

    ‘Jinxiu’is a new watermelon F1 hybrid which was bred by crossing two inbred lines 9928 and 9927.It is mid-early maturity.It has 95 days of whole growth period and 32 days of fruit growth period in open field.It has long round fruit,light yellow skin with dark yellow stripes.The red flesh has little fibers and tastes delicious.The center soluble solid content is 11.2 %-12.0 %.The average yield is about 48 t?hm-2.It is suitable to be planted in northwest and north China regions in protected land in spring or open fields.

    ‘Xiangzaoyou No.1’is a new bitter gourd F1 hybrid developed by crossing B02-1 as female parent and B18 as male parent.It possesses strong growth vigor and successive fruit setting ability.The fruit is light green in color,straight cylinder in shape,with 30-35 cm in length and 6-8 cm in width.Single fruit weight is 550-650 g.It yields about 63 t?hm-2.It is suitable to grow in green house,plastic shed or in open field in the Yangtze River Valley and the areas south to the River.
