    杀菌剂按其有效成分来源可分成植物源杀菌剂、微生物源杀菌剂、矿物源杀菌剂和化学合成杀菌剂。目前在蔬菜作物上登记的杀菌剂有效成分约有150 种,登记的剂型有约30 种,以不同有效成分登记的制剂产品逾220 种,大量有效成分及大量产品被重复登记,但一些小作物及部分新生重要病害尚缺乏登记药剂。杀菌剂被广泛应用于蔬菜真菌、卵菌、细菌、病毒、线虫等病害的防治,然而由于过度用药,过分依赖化学防治,轻视生态调控、生物防治、农业防治,杀菌剂残留超标及作物病原菌抗药性频发等现象较为普遍,生产中亟待开展杀菌剂精准高效使用、病虫害的综合防控及农药减施增效技术的应用推广,为蔬菜产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑。

    Glucosinolates is a group of important secondary metabolites found in cruciferous plants. They and their degradation products have important biological properties. In recent years, with genome sequencing and functional analysis in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, people understand more about metabolic pathways of glucosinolates. Its gene regulation and synthesis has become a research hotspot. Some gene families(such as MYB, MAM, CYP79/CYP83, and AOP)have played important roles in different stages of glucosinolate synthesis. The biological functions of glucosinolates and the regulating and synthesizing genes involved are reviewed and the prospect of their application in crucifer breeding is also discussed in this paper.

    入世以来,我国农产品出口贸易得到了快速发展,出口总量以每年15%~20%的幅度增长。但由于国内出口企业间的无序竞争和国外非关税壁垒的存在,农产品出口遭遇越来越大的阻力,其中我国主要出口蔬菜之一的大蒜同样面临这样的困难。据联合国粮农组织(FAO)统计,2003年全世界大蒜种植面积为100.18万hm2、产量为1013.3万t,其中中国为48.92万hm2、660万t,分别占48.8%、65.1%,在世界大蒜贸易总额中占60%~70%的份额。世界大蒜看中国,我国大蒜的动态为世界各产蒜国及进口国所关注。为促进大蒜出口持续、健康、稳定的发展,中国食品土畜进出口商会对我国大蒜出口实行了最低限价标准:日本550美元·t-1(FOB)、美国700美元·t-1(FOB)。实施这个限价标准以来,我国大蒜出口贸易是否像曾经预计的那样,进一步规范了大蒜市场竞争秩序,并确保了整个行业的长期健康发展呢?同时,我国大蒜出口环境是否得到了较大改观,使更多从事大蒜产销的企业看到了曙光呢?目前我国大蒜出口的现状到底如何,在困境面前又如何面对?特此,本刊约请全国大蒜委员会秘书长、江苏省大蒜协会会长丁超先生撰写此文,希望给观望或者正处于困惑中的读...

    The radiative and temperature environments of PO and PE greenhouses in winter were examined to compare and evaluate the influences of PO and PE films on radiative and temperature environments.The results indicated that the transmittance of solar radiation in PO greenhouse is 4.5-4.7 percentage point higher than that of PE greenhouse.The average daily temperature,the highest temperature and lowest temperature in PO greenhouse is generally 1 ℃ higher than in PE greenhouse.The temperature difference in sunny days in PO greenhouse is bigger than in gloomy days.It might up to over 2 ℃,and PO film has very good heat-insulating property.The 10 cm and 20 cm ground temperatures in PO greenhouse can be maintained between 13-18 ℃,2 ℃ higher than that in PE greenhouse.

    螺丝椒,因其呈大牛角形,果面有褶皱,形似螺丝而得名,实际上指的是一类品种。与一般牛角椒相比,螺丝椒的辣香味更浓,皮更薄肉更脆,早期的代表品种有兰州大羊角、“猪大肠”等地方品种。多年来螺丝椒在甘肃、青海、新疆等西北地区一直有较大规模种植,但由于该类型品种在抗病性、产量等方面不能满足生产的需求,从20 世纪90 年代开始,甘肃省农业科学院蔬菜研究所等一些育种单位,通过将从国外引进的辣椒品种与国内“猪大肠”等地方品种进行组合选配,获得了一批商品性好、产量高、综合农艺性状较好的优良品种,使得西北等地螺丝椒种植面积逐年增加。近年来,随着人口的流动、交通运输的便利,以及蔬菜周年供应的需求,该类品种除了在新疆、甘肃、宁夏、陕西、山西等传统主栽区域栽培外,在我国东部、南部地区也有发展的趋势,如山东、河北、河南中部地区、广东雷州半岛、海南等地。除了传统露地栽培模式,还出现了早春、秋延迟大棚和越冬温室栽培等多茬口和多种栽培模式,并且在反季节南菜北运的蔬菜中也占有了一定的比例。随着栽培面积的扩大和栽培模式的多样化,对品种的要求也越来越“苛刻”。对于种植者来说,除需要品种具有抗病、丰产等特性外,品种的早熟性、连续坐果能力和耐贮运性也是他们所关注和需求的。而对于消费者而言,除需要较浓厚的辣香味外,肉质的脆嫩程度则亦在考虑之中。目前,除西北等当地科研院所在育种方面取得的成果外,因受市场的刺激,山西、陕西、江西、安徽、湖南等地在品种繁育上也各展其长,故,在种子市场上,适合各个地区、各种栽培模式的螺丝椒品种纷纷登场,其中不乏在抗病性、商品率、食用品质、坐果率等方面较以前有较大提高的优良品种。特别值得一提的是,原来螺丝椒在西北地区种植,西北地区昼夜温差大,对品种的抗病性并无特别严格要求。然而,随着广东、海南等地螺丝椒种植面积的发展,对品种的多抗性要求也逐渐显现,尤其在对叶斑病、病毒病的抗性需求上。因此,种植户在大面积引种螺丝椒品种前,一定要了解品种特性和市场需求,并进行小面积试种,以降低种植风险。

    Taking concentration of 225 mmol·L-1 NaCl solution to treat different salt-tolerant cucumber varieties,the effects of salt stress on chlorophyll content and chloroplast ultra-structure were studied.The results showed that under certain concentration of NaCl,at the initiate stage of salt stress,there were not many changes in salt-tolerant varieties.The chlorophyll contents of salt-tolerant and salt-sensitive varieties decreased significantly as salt stress last for a long time,but the decrease range of salt-tolerant varieties is smaller than that of salt-sensitive varieties.At the same time,salt stress could harm the chloroplast membrane system,accelerate the aging of chloroplast,disintegrating gradually the layer,shaping the contour changes,and changing the linage direction of internal layers,and arising a minor expansion,decreasing the number of tablets layers,simplifying the internal structure until total collapse.But the changing degree of salt-tolerant varieties is less than that of salt-sensitive varieties.

    Polyamine is a kind of physiological active substance with regulatory effect,and widely exists in plants.Its metabolic changes are closely related to the growth and development of higher plant.In this paper the relationship between polyamine and adversity are introduced.The paper was carried out in the following 3 aspects:the polyamine metabolism in adversity stress,the effect of exogenous polyamines and their inhibitors on plant stress resistance,the application of mutant and transgene in studying the polyamine and stress resistance.Besides,this paper systematically expounded how polyamine affected other physiological activities(as osmoregulation substance,signal molecules,the regulation of ion channels)in adversity stress.Before ending,the paper prospected the future in studying.

    China is a country with the highest tomato production quantity in the world,and its tomato production is mainly by facility cultivation.Since the production scale is stable with each passing day,high-quality cultivation has become an important development direction.However,at present,high-quality tomato cultivation is still in an initial exploratory stage in China.A technology that can be widely applied and extended in production is still lacking.Therefore,this paper reviewed the 3 major strategies for promoting tomato fruit quality (i.e. variety/rootstock selection,environmental regulation and control,agronomic measures)on the basis of expounding the composition of tomato fruit quality (appearance quality,internal quality and sensory quality).Finally,the paper summarized all kinds of technique associated with high-quality tomato facility cultivation.

    Recently,association analysis has been widely employed to investigate quantitative traits in plant genetics and breeding.It is an approach to identify the relationship of molecular markers or candidate genes with traits in a given population based on linkage disequilibrium(LD).This approach is also a new idea for the study of quantitative traits in vegetable crops.In this paper,the basic statistic principles,strategies,and current successful applications of association analysis in vegetable crops were reviewed.The potential application of association analysis in vegetable crops molecular breeding were also discussed.

    By detecting the pesticide use and 94 kinds pesticide residues in vegetable production in Zhejiang Province,major pesticide residue types at present and their risks in vegetable were analyzed.The results showed that 78 kinds of pesticides mainly used in vegetable production,including insecticide,fungicide,growth regulator and herbicide were mostly pesticides with high effective and low toxic.The detection of pesticide residues revealed that 28 pesticides got high detectable rate in vegetables,including acetamiprid,carbendazim,dursban,imidacloprid,morpholine,triazophos,propamocarb,pyridaben,etc..The results also indicated that 46.4% of the detected pesticides with residual in vegetables were not found in using.But methamidophos and other highly toxic pesticides were still checked out.One of the main risks is some pesticide products without label and their component is unclear to customer.In addition,a unified standard testing method has not been established for 28 kinds of pesticides frequently used in vegetable production.Pesticide residue is still a security risk for vegetable consumption.

    been quickly developed.A batch of broccoli new varieties and breeding resources with excellent traits has

    through.So far,the market-share of broccoli new cultivars bred in China has grown up to 15.36% from
    insufficient 5% in 2010.At the same time,the applying basic research in China developed rapidly,our genetic

    A quantitative determination method for polyphenol content in luffa was studied by using Folin-Ciocalteu colorimetry with gallic acid as standard.The results showed that 2 mL polyphenol contents from luffa could be well calculated according to their colorimetric absorption at 770 nm by applying 2 mL Folin-Ciocalteu reagent,and 4 mL 10 % Na2CO3 for 90 min at 30 ℃ for colorimetric reaction,and the linear range of standard curve was 2-10 mg·L-1.The polyphenol content in luffa could be determined by this method.This method is very stable with good reappearing property and high accuracy.

    Strain degeneration is a key problem occurred in Cordyceps militaris(L.)link cultivation.In this study,four rejuvenation methods including isolation of ascospores,conidia,silkworm chrysalis and substrate mycelium were used.And the growth rate of mycelia,color changing speed and formation of stroma were investigated.The results indicated that two methods including isolation of ascospores and silkworm chrysalis had remarkable effects on rejuvenation.
