    Crop disease and insect pest is one of the important issue facing agricultural production.It is of important significance to ensure the quality safety of agricultural products and improve economic benefits by rapid and effective identification of crop disease and insect pest.In recent years,the image-based automatic diagnosis technology of crop disease and pest has been widely studied and a series of progress has been made.This paper mainly analyzed the current development status of automatic identification technology for crop disease and pest in China;expounded the key technology and implementation steps of using convolution neural network to establish the identification model of disease and pest;introduced the current mainstream deep learning model algorithms and idea improvement for image recognition;and analyzed the existing technical bottlenecks and development trends,hoping to provide references for the application of image recognition technology in actual production.

    Solanaceous vegetables are one of the most important fruits and vegetables in vegetable production
    in China.However,extreme weather such as high temperature etc. has seriously restricted their growth and
    development,damaged their yield and quality.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to carry out studies on heat
    tolerance of solanaceous vegetables.This paper reviewed the effects of heat stress on growth,development and
    physiological metabolism of solanaceous vegetables;research progress made on identification of heat tolerance,
    mechanism of heat stress response and heat tolerance,and measures to improve heat tolerance,etc.The paper
    also prospected the future research direction,aiming at providing methods and ideas for further analysis of heat
    tolerance mechanism,and improving studies on heat tolerance of solanaceous vegetables.

    Salt stress is one of the important factors affecting global ecological environment and a worldwide hot issue threatening agricultural production.The growth of plants is inhibited when they are subjected to salt stress.Usually this is closely related to the decrease in photosynthesis efficiency.This paper summarized the effects of salt stress on plant photosynthesis under different aspects,including stomatal conductance,photosynthetic pigment,PSⅡ photochemical reaction,photosynthetic electron transfer,chloroplast ultrastructure,thylakoid membrane protein, photosynthetic phosphorylation and CO2 securing,so as to provide a basis for enriching theory of plant photosynthesis under salt stress.

    杀菌剂按其有效成分来源可分成植物源杀菌剂、微生物源杀菌剂、矿物源杀菌剂和化学合成杀菌剂。目前在蔬菜作物上登记的杀菌剂有效成分约有150 种,登记的剂型有约30 种,以不同有效成分登记的制剂产品逾220 种,大量有效成分及大量产品被重复登记,但一些小作物及部分新生重要病害尚缺乏登记药剂。杀菌剂被广泛应用于蔬菜真菌、卵菌、细菌、病毒、线虫等病害的防治,然而由于过度用药,过分依赖化学防治,轻视生态调控、生物防治、农业防治,杀菌剂残留超标及作物病原菌抗药性频发等现象较为普遍,生产中亟待开展杀菌剂精准高效使用、病虫害的综合防控及农药减施增效技术的应用推广,为蔬菜产业的可持续发展提供技术支撑。

    ELONGATED HYPOCOTYL5( HY5) is a bZIP( leucine zipper) transcription factor. It is an
    important regulatory factor promoting photomorphogenesis,and involved in regulation of plant root system growth,
    hypocotyl elongation after seed germination,and pigment biosynthesis,etc. development procedure by light and
    hormones,etc. factors. HY5 can promote the transportation of photosynthetic products in plants above ground.
    It can also be a signal molecule to move from above ground part to root system,promoting the absorption and
    transportation of nitrates in root system,and maintaining carbon and nitrogen balance in plants,thus achieving
    the signal exchange between aboveground and underground parts of the plant. This paper reviews the research
    progress made in recent years about HY5 regulatory effects in plant photomorphogenesis,endogenous hormone
    signal transduction,nitrogen metabolism,and carbon-nitrogen balance,etc.

    Glucosinolates is a group of important secondary metabolites found in cruciferous plants. They and their degradation products have important biological properties. In recent years, with genome sequencing and functional analysis in model plant Arabidopsis thaliana, people understand more about metabolic pathways of glucosinolates. Its gene regulation and synthesis has become a research hotspot. Some gene families(such as MYB, MAM, CYP79/CYP83, and AOP)have played important roles in different stages of glucosinolate synthesis. The biological functions of glucosinolates and the regulating and synthesizing genes involved are reviewed and the prospect of their application in crucifer breeding is also discussed in this paper.

    Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi(AMF)is an important beneficial microorganism in natural
    world and agriculture ecological system. Once a symbiotic relationship is formed between it and the host plant,
    the nutriture of host plant can be significantly improved,and the yield,quality,stress resistance can also
    be increased. This paper summarized the research history about AMF,species and resources of AMF,and its
    physiological effect and action mechanism on vegetables. Examples of applying AMF in vegetable production are
    listed. Its application is analyzed and prospected.

    螺丝椒,因其呈大牛角形,果面有褶皱,形似螺丝而得名,实际上指的是一类品种。与一般牛角椒相比,螺丝椒的辣香味更浓,皮更薄肉更脆,早期的代表品种有兰州大羊角、“猪大肠”等地方品种。多年来螺丝椒在甘肃、青海、新疆等西北地区一直有较大规模种植,但由于该类型品种在抗病性、产量等方面不能满足生产的需求,从20 世纪90 年代开始,甘肃省农业科学院蔬菜研究所等一些育种单位,通过将从国外引进的辣椒品种与国内“猪大肠”等地方品种进行组合选配,获得了一批商品性好、产量高、综合农艺性状较好的优良品种,使得西北等地螺丝椒种植面积逐年增加。近年来,随着人口的流动、交通运输的便利,以及蔬菜周年供应的需求,该类品种除了在新疆、甘肃、宁夏、陕西、山西等传统主栽区域栽培外,在我国东部、南部地区也有发展的趋势,如山东、河北、河南中部地区、广东雷州半岛、海南等地。除了传统露地栽培模式,还出现了早春、秋延迟大棚和越冬温室栽培等多茬口和多种栽培模式,并且在反季节南菜北运的蔬菜中也占有了一定的比例。随着栽培面积的扩大和栽培模式的多样化,对品种的要求也越来越“苛刻”。对于种植者来说,除需要品种具有抗病、丰产等特性外,品种的早熟性、连续坐果能力和耐贮运性也是他们所关注和需求的。而对于消费者而言,除需要较浓厚的辣香味外,肉质的脆嫩程度则亦在考虑之中。目前,除西北等当地科研院所在育种方面取得的成果外,因受市场的刺激,山西、陕西、江西、安徽、湖南等地在品种繁育上也各展其长,故,在种子市场上,适合各个地区、各种栽培模式的螺丝椒品种纷纷登场,其中不乏在抗病性、商品率、食用品质、坐果率等方面较以前有较大提高的优良品种。特别值得一提的是,原来螺丝椒在西北地区种植,西北地区昼夜温差大,对品种的抗病性并无特别严格要求。然而,随着广东、海南等地螺丝椒种植面积的发展,对品种的多抗性要求也逐渐显现,尤其在对叶斑病、病毒病的抗性需求上。因此,种植户在大面积引种螺丝椒品种前,一定要了解品种特性和市场需求,并进行小面积试种,以降低种植风险。

    A Genome-wide association study(GWAS)is a population-level statistical analysis of genotype and observable traits(i.e.,phenotypes),which provides research ideas for revealing the genetic mechanisms of complex agronomic traits in crops by screening the genetic variants that can affect the trait through statistical quantities or P-values.At present,GWAS has been widely used in crop genetics and breeding.This paper mainly expounds the application progress of GWAS in the agronomic traits quality and resistance of pepper;explores and prospects the existing problems.In order to provide a theoretical basis and reference for the future use of GWAS for the genetic basis of pepper agronomic and quality traits as well as molecular marker-assisted breeding.

    入世以来,我国农产品出口贸易得到了快速发展,出口总量以每年15%~20%的幅度增长。但由于国内出口企业间的无序竞争和国外非关税壁垒的存在,农产品出口遭遇越来越大的阻力,其中我国主要出口蔬菜之一的大蒜同样面临这样的困难。据联合国粮农组织(FAO)统计,2003年全世界大蒜种植面积为100.18万hm2、产量为1013.3万t,其中中国为48.92万hm2、660万t,分别占48.8%、65.1%,在世界大蒜贸易总额中占60%~70%的份额。世界大蒜看中国,我国大蒜的动态为世界各产蒜国及进口国所关注。为促进大蒜出口持续、健康、稳定的发展,中国食品土畜进出口商会对我国大蒜出口实行了最低限价标准:日本550美元·t-1(FOB)、美国700美元·t-1(FOB)。实施这个限价标准以来,我国大蒜出口贸易是否像曾经预计的那样,进一步规范了大蒜市场竞争秩序,并确保了整个行业的长期健康发展呢?同时,我国大蒜出口环境是否得到了较大改观,使更多从事大蒜产销的企业看到了曙光呢?目前我国大蒜出口的现状到底如何,在困境面前又如何面对?特此,本刊约请全国大蒜委员会秘书长、江苏省大蒜协会会长丁超先生撰写此文,希望给观望或者正处于困惑中的读...

    Light is one of the most important environmental factors affecting the growth and development of facility vegetables. Light environment regulation has become a hot spot in facility environment research. Traditional light environment control adopts common electric light source or filter film,which can not accurately modulate the spectral energy distribution quantitatively. With the rise of new semiconductor light source,LED supplementary light is widely used for its adjustable light quality ratio combination,spectral energy distribution,etc. This paper discussed the effects of light environment on horticultural vegetables in solar greenhouse,and expounded the recent years research on light environmental characteristics inside of facilities,and regulation of natural and artificial light environment in horticultural facilities.     Abstract:Atrazine is a triazine herbicide,which can control annual monocotyledon and dicotyledon weeds,and also inhibit certain perennial weeds.It is one of the most important herbicides for corn production in the world.It can also be used in sorghum,sugarcane,fruit trees,etc.It is moderately persistent in the environment and can remain in the atmosphere,water,and soil environment.It is easy to cause different degrees of pesticide damage to subsequent crops such as rape,Chinese cabbage,fi eld mustard,cucumber,pepper,cowpea,and okra.At the same time,it causes harm to natural ecosystems and human health.This paper reviewed the microbial degradation of atrazine;introduced the microbial degradation techniques of herbicide atrazine from 3 aspects,including bioaugmentation,biostimulation,and immobilization;compiled and summarized the microbial groups being confi rmed in previous studies;clarifi ed the microbial degradationmechanism of atrazine from 2 aspects:degradation process and degradation genes;analyzed the factors affecting the microbial degradation of atrazine and prospected the future research direction.

    The radiative and temperature environments of PO and PE greenhouses in winter were examined to compare and evaluate the influences of PO and PE films on radiative and temperature environments.The results indicated that the transmittance of solar radiation in PO greenhouse is 4.5-4.7 percentage point higher than that of PE greenhouse.The average daily temperature,the highest temperature and lowest temperature in PO greenhouse is generally 1 ℃ higher than in PE greenhouse.The temperature difference in sunny days in PO greenhouse is bigger than in gloomy days.It might up to over 2 ℃,and PO film has very good heat-insulating property.The 10 cm and 20 cm ground temperatures in PO greenhouse can be maintained between 13-18 ℃,2 ℃ higher than that in PE greenhouse.

    河南省柘城县朝天椒常年种植面积2.7 万hm2(40.5 万亩)以上,是全国朝天椒主要产区之一。随着朝天椒生产技术的发展,广大椒农创造出许多间作套种栽培模式。2009 年以来,随着无公害三樱椒产业化开发的项目实施,朝天椒间作套种栽培模式得到进一步优化和推广,特别是朝天椒与西瓜甜瓜间作模式有了新的发展。朝天椒与西瓜甜瓜间作,每667 m2 西瓜产量3 000 kg(或甜瓜2 500 kg)、朝天椒产量350 kg,产值近万元,经济效益显著。

    In order to screen the biocontrol strains which can be used to control capsicum blight,in this study,an endophytic bacterium strain S39 was isolated from a pepper plant,and the inhibitory effect of strain S39 and its metabolites on Phytophthora capsicum was determined by plate confrontation method and Oxford cup method.The antibacterial profile,disease prevention and growth promotion effect of strain S39,the effect on rhizosphere soil microbial population and its biocontrol factors were analyzed.The results showed that the antibacterial rate of strain S39 against Phytophthora capsicum flat plate was 83.00%,and the antibacterial rate of secondary metabolites reached 75.17%.Moreover,strain S39 had inhibitory effect on a variety of pathogenic bacteria,and the bacteriostatic rate reached 63.80%-86.33%.The greenhouse potting test showed that its prevention effect against pepper blight could reach 75.87%.It had a significant growth promotion effect on pepper plants,and the root growth rate was 21.05%.At the same time,it can increase the number of bacteria and actinomycetes in the rhizosphere soil.It can produce antibacterial substances such as protease,amylase,cellulase,dextran enzyme,etc.,and has a good application prospect as a biocontrol preparation.

    By detecting the pesticide use and 94 kinds pesticide residues in vegetable production in Zhejiang Province,major pesticide residue types at present and their risks in vegetable were analyzed.The results showed that 78 kinds of pesticides mainly used in vegetable production,including insecticide,fungicide,growth regulator and herbicide were mostly pesticides with high effective and low toxic.The detection of pesticide residues revealed that 28 pesticides got high detectable rate in vegetables,including acetamiprid,carbendazim,dursban,imidacloprid,morpholine,triazophos,propamocarb,pyridaben,etc..The results also indicated that 46.4% of the detected pesticides with residual in vegetables were not found in using.But methamidophos and other highly toxic pesticides were still checked out.One of the main risks is some pesticide products without label and their component is unclear to customer.In addition,a unified standard testing method has not been established for 28 kinds of pesticides frequently used in vegetable production.Pesticide residue is still a security risk for vegetable consumption.
