Abstract：In order to study the effect on spore germination of wild brake〔Pteridium aquilinum(L.)Kuhn.〕,GA3 300 mg·L-1 and different MS medium ratios treatments were set.The results showed that GA3 300 mg·L-1 could promote the spore germination earlier and could increase the gemination rate of spore which was collected in the last year,but there was no visible impact on the gemination rate of spore which was collected in the current year.The complete MS medium was optimal for spore germination.
