    Heavy metal pollution in soil of producing area will directly affect vegetables yield and quality,and endanger human health through food chain.At present,vegetables heavy metal remedition technology is mostly in research stage.A systematic pollution prevention model has not yet been formed,and there are few large-scale applications.This paper carried out review from following 4 aspects:monitoring producing area environment,controlling original source,reducing bio-availability of heavy metals,and adjusting vegetable plantation structure,so as to provide theoretical support for constructing a prevention technical system for heavy metal pollution in vegetable production areas.

    Nanoparticle is widely used in medicine,industry and agricultural field,etc.,due to its unique physical and chemical properties.Nanotechnology rapid development has promoted the transformation of traditional agriculture.The green synthesis technology of nanoparticle avoids the vast use of chemical medicine and reduces the environmental pollution caused by toxic substance produced in preparation process.So,it has attracted people’s extensive attention.This paper reviewed the green synthesis technology of nanoparticle and its potential application in agricultural fields,in order to promote the further development of nanoparticle in agricultural production.

    In order to obtain cabbage Ogura CMS interspecific material resistant to clubroot disease and carrying restorer gene,this experiment took cabbage‘Xiangan 366’resistant to clubroot as female parent and Ogura CMS restorer material Brassica napus L.‘N21015’as male parent;carried out distant hybridization combined with embryo rescue.Then the interspecific hybrids were obtained.The results of clubroot resistance phenotypic identification and molecular marker identification showed that hybrid F1 was immune to clubroot disease,and had the maternal clubroot resistance gene and paternal Ogura CMS restorer gene.After artificially induced chromosome doubling,heterohexaploid interspecific hybrids were successfully obtained,and the pollen fertility rate was 78.46%.

    A total of 9 genera of plant-parasitic nematodes were found in potato fields where Ditylenchus destructors occurred.Among them,nematodes PratylenchusDitylenchusAphelenchoides and Aphelechus were the dominant genera.Nematodes AglenchusHeteroderaHelicotylenchus and Trichotylenchus were common genera.Criconemoides was rare genus.The distribution characteristics of plant-parasitic nematodes in fields was concentrated as a whole.In spring,plant-parasitic nematodes in potato fields were mainly distributed in the soil layer of 10-20 cm.Afterwards,the amount of plant-parasitic nematodes decreased gradually along with the increase of soil depth.The density of Ditylenchus showed temporal dynamics with minimum in spring and maximum in autumn.

    Carrot seed grain shape and thousand-grain weight are closely related to seed yield and quality.Taking backcross inbred lines(BILs)colony backcrossed and recombined between a wild carrot species‘Songzi’of distant relative and‘Amsterdam’as test materials,this paper carried out QTL analysis on grain length,grain width,length-width ratio and thousand-grain weight of carrot seeds.The results indicated that the grain length,grain width,length-width ratio and thousand-grain weight of BIL population seed showed a biased normal distribution.There were significant positive correlations between grain length and width and thousand-grain weight.The ratio of length to width was positively correlated with grain length and negatively correlated with grain width,but not with thousand-grain weight,indicating that both grain length and grain width could affect thousand-grain weight.Based on the previously constructed genetic map,3 QTL loci related to grain length,one QTL loci related to grain width and 2 QTL loci related to thousand-grain weight were obtained.Phenotypic contribution rate ranged from 8.8%-18.3%.

    Polyaspartic acid(PASP)can improve the plant growth through promoting mineral elements uptake.In order to explore the promoting effect of PASP on tomato seedlings,this experiment took‘Zhongza No.9’as test material,analyzed the effect of adding different ratioes PASP to substrate on tomato seedling growth.The results indicated that comparing with the contrast,adding polyaspartic acid to substrate could accelerate tomato seedling growth and dry matter accumulation,increase chlorophyll content,net photosynthetic rate(Pn)and root activity.Among all treatments,the comprehensive effect of adding 36.4 g·kg-1 PASP to substrate treatment was the best,and the seedling index was the highest.

    Taking the main potato varieties in Yunnan‘Hezuo 88’‘Qingshu No.9’and‘Lishu No.6’as test materials,and watering nutrient solution as the contrast,this experiment used watering PEG solution with concentrations of 2.5%,5.0%,7.5% and 10.0%,to make the soil water content as 55%,45%,35% and 25%,respectively,simulating mild,moderate and severe drought conditions;and studied the changing rule of starch accumulation amount in potato tubers under different degrees of drought conditions,activities of key enzymes in starch synthesis,and factors in yield component.The results showed that the total starch content in potato tubers,amylose and amylopectin contents by and large presented a reducing tendency under drought stress.Under varying degrees drought stress,key enzyme activities of potato tuber starch synthesis had different variation trend and were mainly affected by varieties and drought conditions.Correlation analysis showed that under drought stress,AGPase(glucose pyrophosphorylase)and GBSS(bound starch synthase)played a major role in synthesis of starch component in‘Hezuo 88’.While,AGPase,GBSS and SBE played an important role in synthesis of starch component in‘Qingshu No.9’.And AGPase,GBSS,SBE and SSS all took part in the synthesis of‘Lishu No.6’starch component composition.Yield components analysis showed that impacts brought about by different degrees drought stress on yield components had defference between potato varieties.Of which,severe drought stress had the greatest effect on potato yield composition.

    Taking‘Xinpusenjingyingsanyeshengcai’as test material,this experiment set 4 concentrations of melatonin pretreatment as 25,50,75,100 μmol · L-1;took clean water as the contrast;and studied the effects of melatonin foliar spraying on growth,physiology characteristics of lettuce during high temperature season under hydroponic condition.The results showed that pretreatment with melatonin spraying on leaves had increased the antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment substance content of hydroponic lettuce,alleviated the damage of high temperature stress to cell plasma membrane,and promoted the growth of lettuce.The 50 μmol · L-1 melatonin pretreatment had the best effect.The maximum leaf length,maximum leaf width,above-and below-ground fresh weight,CAT,POD and SOD activities,soluble protein,soluble sugar and Pro contents,root system vigor,and leaf color value of lettuce were all significantly higher than those of the contrast.While,the relative conductivity and MDA content were significantly lower than that of the contrast.

    With the aim of screening excellent ginger(Zingiber officinale Rosc.) breeding materials,genetic diversity analysis were carried out on 12 agronomic traits of 33 accessions ginger germplasm resources,including plant height,tiller diameter,tiller number,leaf number per tiller,leaf length,leaf width,rhizome length,rhizome width,ginger bulb number,ginger bulb diameter,aboveground fresh weight and yield per plant.Results showed that ginger germplasm had abundant genetic diversities.The variation coefficients of these 12 agronomic traits ranged from 8.43%-26.12%,among which the largest one was branching number and the smallest one was leaf width.The genetic diversity index of each agronomic trait ranged between 1.0-2.1.The highest one was rhizome length.Result of correlation analysis showed that single plant yields all had extreme significant or significant positive correlation with plant height,branching number,rhizome length,aboveground part fresh weight,leaf length and ginger bulb number,but had no significant correlation with the other 6 traits.The principal component analysis extracted 4 principal components.The accumulative total rate of contribution was 71.03%.Clustering analysis divided the test materials into 3 groups.Among them,group III contained 5 superior germplasm accessions with high comprehensive scores.They were‘ Guangxi big ginger’‘Thailand white ginger’‘Guizhou big yellow ginger’‘Yichun big ginger’ and‘Yujiang No. 1’.They could be utilized as ginger breeding germplasm resources.

    The commercially avalable tissue cultured seedlings of strawberry variety‘Benihoppe’were detected by RT-PCR method from 2014 to 2022.It was found that they were mainly infected by strawberry mild yellow edge virus(SMYEV),strawberry vein banding virus(SVBV),strawberry mottle virus(SMoV),strawberry crinkle virus(SCV)and cucumber mosaic virus(CMV).The total detection rate of positive samples was 20.2%.Only SMYEV and SVBV were detected in tissue cultured seedlings in 2022.Taking the stolons of‘Benihoppe’carrying SMYEV or SVBV virus as test material,this experiment conducted tissue culture.The elimination rate of SMYEV was 25.0% and that of SVBV was 100.0%.In order to further determine the effective method for SMYEV elimination in strawberries,the veneniferous shoot-tip tissue culture seedlings were detoxified by thermotherapy treatment.The virus removal rate was detected by RT-PCR and RTqPCR.The results showed that all 3 thermotherapy treatments could completely(100.0%)eliminate SMYEV from shoot-tip of tissue culture seedlings.Comprehensively considering the survival rate and virus removal rate of tissue culture seedlings,thermotherapy for 30 days after the temperature from 32 ℃ increase 1 ℃ one day to 38 ℃ is the most suitable way for SMYEV elimination.

    ‘Tianzheng 1567’ is a new early maturing tomato F1 hybrid bred by crossing inbred line‘DFN-01’as female parent and inbred line‘LST-006’as male parent.It is of unlimited growth type.Its plant has strong growth vigor.Its successive fruit setting ability is strong.The fruit is of oval shape and uniform in size.The matured fruit is dark pink in color.The single fruit weight is about 250 g.The contents of soluble solid matter,lycopene and VC are 6.2%,43.3 mg · kg-1 and 311.2 mg · kg-1,respectively.It is resistant to tomato yellow leaf curl virus(TYLCV),leaf mold,fusarium wilt,verticillium wilt and root-knot nematode.It can yield about 165 t · hm-2.It is suitable to be planted in Shandong,Yunnan and the most regions of China for late autumn cultivation in protected fields.

    ‘Luonisi’is a new F1 hybrid of wrinkling lantern shape pepper,developed by crossing‘AB10-3’as female parent and‘ C839-2’as male parent.The plant has medium growth vigor.It is 50-60 cm in plant height and 45-55 cm in divergence.Its successive fruit setting ability is strong.It is of mid-early maturity.
    The fruit is of long lantern shape and dark green in color.The fruit peel is bright with vertical folds.Its fruit is 12-15 cm in length with 7-9 cm transverse diameter.The pulp is crisp,tender and spicy.The capsaicin content is 0.024 g·kg-1,VC content is 808.7 mg·kg-1.The single fruit weight is about 160 g.It can yield about 45 t·hm-2.This cultivar is resistant to virus disease and Phytophthora blight.It is suitable for protected field cultivation in early spring and late autumn in Northeastern China.

    ‘Rongzaqie No.9’ is a heat resistant eggplant F1 hybrid developed by crossing ‘1005-2’ as female parent and ‘ZF16 ’ as male parent.It is cultivated in summer and autumn,and takes about 51 days from field planting to first harvest.The plant is 125-138 cm in height and about 86 cm in width.The fruit is of long stick shape,straight up with slightly pointed top.The average vertical length is 36.8 cm,transverse diameter is 6.2 cm.The average single fruit weight is 331.2 g.The pericarp is glossy black-purple in color,and evenly colored without wrinkling.It can yield about 75 t·hm-2.Its heat resistance is strong.The fruit characters are stable under high temperature.The average abnormal fruit rate is 5.1%.In fields,its resistance to brown scab disease and cotton blight are similar to that of the contrasts‘Heimowang’and‘Wanjinzaoqie’.It is suitable for cultivation in Sichuan and areas with similar ecological conditions in summer and autumn.

    ‘Beifang 005’is a high-yielding and fresh market potato variety bred by crossing ‘BFZY007’as female parent and ‘P4’ line as male parent.Its growth period is about 94 days.The plant is of up-right type.It is about 83 cm in height.The plant has strong growth vigor.Its tuber is of round shape with slightly
    rough and light yellow peel,white flesh and shallow bud eyes.It can bear tuber concentratedly.The single tuber weight is about 168.5 g.The dry matter content is 21.15%,starch content is 15.63%,VC content is 0.133 6 mg·g-1,crude protein content is 2.44%,and reducing sugar content is 0.30%.It is highly susceptible to late blight,and resistant to PVX and PVY virus diseases.Averagely it can yield about 45 t·hm-2.It is suitable for planting in Zhangjiakou,Chengde and the other one crop per year regions in Hebei Province.
