Abstract Colonizing of B67 isolate marked with Rifampicin on the soil and rhizosphere of cucumber were investigated. The results showed that B67 could be colonized in soil. Population of B67 isolate declined with prolonging time and received 0 after treatment 31days. Cucumber varieties had not significant effect on colonizing population of B67 isolate. B67 isolates were detected in rhizosphere of cucumber and the population of B67 isolate decreased as time went by, while it could still be detected at the 20th day after the treatment.
