Abstract The F2 population including 144 individuals used for this research was derived from the resistance inbred line Perennial and the sensitive inbred line 83-60.A genetic linkage map of pepper was constructed based on this F2 population by using JoinMap 3.0.This map consists of 12 main linkage groups,covers 429.02 cM,includes 54 AFLP markers,15 RAPD markers and 1 SSR marker.The average interval distance is 6.13 cM,each linkage group distance is 4.30-85.85 cM.Two QTLs identified on group 4 are significant resist...
