Abstract Eight Chinese cabbage inbred lines were selected to evaluate their resistance to diamondback moth(DBM)by using two methods:in vitro and under net conditions.The results showed that the resistance to DBM differed very significantly among the 8 lines,and there were no obvious difference between the two methods.Line 599-3-7 exhibited the highest resistance,519-3-3 showed middle resistance,114-4-4 and 116-4-4 were the most susceptible lines.The correlation coefficient of the two methods was 0.96.Combinating the...
