Detection and Analysis of Three Viruses from Weeds in Melon Field of Kashi Area |

Abstract In 2021,total 47 fresh samples within 13 species from 7 families were randomly collected from the main producing areas of muskmelon in Jiashi and Shule counties of Xinjiang Kashi area.Virus carried of weeds were detected by RT-PCR method to analyze weed virus-carrying rate,and the relationship between
virus.The results showed that there were significant differences among the detection rates of WMV,CMV and ZYMV in different locations and different kinds of weeds.The detection rates of WMV,CMV and ZYMV in Jiashi County were 5.77%,1.43% and 32.19%,respectively.While those in Shule County were 17.14%,2.86% and 7.14%,respectively.Most weeds carried viruses.There were higher genetic variation existed on weed WMV,CMV and ZYMV.
