| Studies on Factors Affecting Quality and Safety of Flowering Chinese Cabbage Based on Delphi-AHP |

Abstract Using Delphi-AHP method，this paper investigated and analyzed various factors affecting the
quality and safety of flowering Chinese cabbage〔Brassica campestris L. ssp. chinensis（L.）var. utilis Tsen
et Lee〕in the whole supply chain from farmland to dining table；and evaluated the importance of each factor
in affecting the quality and safety of flowering Chinese cabbage．The results showed that the quality safety
level during planting period among root base class had the maximum influence on quality of flowering Chinese
cabbage．The top 5 factors affecting quality of flowering Chinese cabbage were production place environment
and facilities qualified rate，disease and pest control level，pesticide and growth regulator residue percent
of pass，preservatives residual percent of pass，storage environment and management standardization．The
weighted were 0.130，0.130，0.130，0.128 and 0.082，respectively．
