Abstract P1population of 167 progenies was used as mapping population.A molecular genetic linkage map of diploid potato was constructed with 86 SSR markers, which covered a total distance of 645cM with an average interval of 7.5cM between markers.Composite interval mapping was used to identify quantitative trait loci(QTL)associated with tuber yield, tuber size and specific gravity.1 QTL for tuber yield was located on chromosomes V,with the genetic variance of 12.3%;1 QTL for tuber size was located on chromosomes V,with the genetic variance of 16.1%;1 QTLs for specific gravity was located on chromosome V,with the genetic variance of 11.2%。
