Abstract Primer OPR15 which can distinguish F 1 hybrids of Zhonggan No.11 and 8398,and their parents was screened from 100 random primers by RAPD method. Its ability to test F 1 variety purity was proved by single plant test. The results indicated that RAPD analysis could be a rapid and reliable method to test the purity of spring cabbage Zhonggan No.11 and 8398.
