Abstract The article introduced the basic principle and method of relational grade analysis in grey system theory. The example was done with material of pepper hybrids regional test for approaching the application of grey relational grade analysis on new vegetable varieties’comprehensive evaluation and examination. The result indicated that:Relational grade with different coefficients can be used as the index comprehensive evaluation and major basis of examination of new vegetable varieties.
