Abstract：The chlorophyll content, photosynthesis rate and respiration rate in leaves of cucumber seedlings increased after spraying with glucohexaose, indicating that the vitality of seedlings was enhanced. Meanwhile, glucohexaose treatment decreased the tissue electrionic conductivity, increased the contents of soluble sugar, soluble protein and VC, but didn’t affect the plant height. All these changes might be concerned with the raising of induced disease resistance.
