Abstract：Effects of fresh male flower and flower buds storage temperature on cucumber pollen viability were studied.The results indicated that pollen survived longer in lower temperature,pollen viability in 5,10 and 15 ℃ were 60,44 and 34 h longer than that in 25 ℃ respectively;collecting male flower buds late in the afternoon(about 18:00)is better than that in earlier time;flower buds at 5 ℃ storage maintained the longest pollen viability,but was not better for flowering and pollen dispersion,so treating flower bud...
