Abstract：As a big vegetable producing province，there is a larger demand for seedlings in Henan．This paper overviews the current situation for intensive vegetable seedling culture enterprises in Henan Province，summarizes the problems existing in seedling culture process，including weak seedling culture ability，simple facility and equipment，limited mechanized transplanting level，etc．The paper suggests to perfect the hardware facility for seedling culture in future development；strengthen the construction of hardware facility for seedling culture；upgrade scientific and technological support；reinforce cultivation of seedling base with special characteristics and standardization；continuousely improve supporting policies and strengthen project support，so as to help vegetable seedling industry to scale up，transform to pecialization，and promote development of facility agriculture modernization．
