Abstract:Virus disease is one of the main diseases harming radish.Plant virus disease detection
technology based on nucleic acid detection has been widely used owing to its wide detection range, high
sensitivity and suitability for mass detection.Adopting small RNA high-throughput sequencing method, this
experiment identified the kinds of radish virus disease, investigated and analyzed 264 accessions of radish core
germplasm resources and breeding lines resistance to virus diseases. Results indicated that the major pathogeny
of radish virus disease was turnip mosaic(TuMV).Most of the tested core germplasm resources and breeding
lines expressed better resistance performance, and resistance between different breeding lines and sister lines
basicly verge to have no difference. Results of field investigation on resistance showed that there were 103
accessions with disease-resistance,of which 64 were high-resistant and 25 were immune.
