Abstract：The identification of cauliflower varieties is an effective way to prevent the occurance of phenomena such as homonym and synonym，and also a fundamental work for germplasm resources conservation and new variety breeding of cauliflower．This paper reviewed the application and research progress made in cauliflower variety identification by several main molecular marker technologies．And horizontal comparison was carried out，so as to provide references for cauliflower variety identification，genetic relationship study and fine variety breeding．
