Abstract：The research progress in strawberry anthracnose at home and abroad was expounded
comprehensively from classification of strawberry anthracnose， biological characteristics of its pathogen， disease
symptoms， occurrence regularity， prevention and control methods. The paper also introduced the current major
methods for strawberry anthrax prevention and control from the aspects of agriculture， chemical， biological control
and genetic， etc. Before ending， the paper prospected the direction of future research.
