Abstract Darou No.2 is a new bitter gourd F, hybrid with large straight cylindrical fruit and glossy light green skin. The average fruit weight is about 690 g with 35-37 cm in length and 7-9 cm in diameter. Fruit has a light bitter taste, good flavor, and a long shelf life. It is early-middle maturity with average yield of 51 .2 t.hm-2.
