Abstract ‘Yonggao No. 2’is a new leaf-edible mustard cultivar(Brassica juncea var. integlifolia)separated from Japanese‘Sanchichisuomian’and bred by systematic selection.Its growing period is about 190 days.Its plant is semi-upright type.It has entire leaves with corrugated surface,luster,little wax powder,and without setae.The color of front nervation is amaranth.The largest leaf is about 54 cm in length,28 cm in width,6 cm in leafstalk width,11 cm in midrib width and 1 cm in leaf rib thickness.It has good processing character.It is tolerant to cold with strong winterness.The single plant weight is about 1.5 kg.It can yield about 75 t?hm-2.It is suitable for cultivation in the Yangtze River valley,Southern China and Southwest China.
