Abstract Effects of calcium in different concentration on plant height,leaf area,photosynthetic rate and yield of cucumber(Jinyou No.3 is taking as experiment stuff)in solar-greenhouse were studied.The results show that CaCl2 can promote the plant growth,increase its photosynthetic rate,and improve the yield of cucumber remarkably.The best result was achieved when the plant was treated with 15 mmol?L-1 CaCl2.
