Abstract:Abstract:In order to determine the control potential of Paecilomyces variotii extract named ZNC againsttomato root-knot nematode disease,this paper conducted pot culture experiment and took water as the contrastto study the effects of applying ZNC(root-irrigation:0.5 or 1.0 μg per plant),abamectin(basal application:5 mg per plant)and their combinations on tomato growth and fruit quality,their control effects on rootknotnematode disease,respectively.The results showed that comparing with water treatment,ZNC couldsignificantly increase tomato root fresh weight and reduce root nodes number,at the same time significantlyincrease tomato leaf length and width,raise tomato plant height,above ground fresh weight,and promoteplant antioxidant capacity and fruit quality.The control effect of ZNC combined with abamectin against tomatoroot-knot nematode disease could reach 88.89%,significantly higher than that of applying abamectin alone.Meanwhile,tomato growth conditions and fruit quality were all got promoted.These facts indicated that ZNC could promote tomato growth,improve control effect against tomato root-knot nematode disease whencombined with abamectin.
