Abstract：The intercellular fluid of leaves from tomato infected by Oidium.lycopersici was analyzed using SDS-PAGEmethod.The tendency difference of three intercellular proteins between susceptible and resistant plant was investigated to reveal the resistance mechanism at the intercellular protein level.
