1 Development Status and Path of‘One Village,One Product’for Solanaceous Vegetables in China

Solanaceous vegetables are important vegetables categories in China.Developing solanaceous vegetables‘one village,one product’plays an important role in promoting the revitalization of rural industry.Based on the relevant data of‘one village,one product’demonstration villages and towns of solanaceous vegetables identified by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs,this paper systematically analyzed the development current situation of‘one village,one product’from the number of demonstration villages and towns,regional distribution,product type and annual approval status;and discussed relationship between the national solanaceous vegetables‘one village,one product’and national geographical indication products,agricultural products with Chinese characteristics advantage area products,and national list of famous,special,excellent and new agricultural products.At last,directing at the issues existed in development of‘one village,one product’,including insufficient resource mining,low standardization level,low content of industrial science and technology,incomplete industrial chain,etc.The paper put forward development paths as:strengthening planning guidance,improving industrial chain technical standards,strengthening scientific and technological support,promoting the integrated development of the 3 industries,and strengthening brand cultivation.

8 Investigation on Preliminary Processing of Vegetables after Harvest in Beijing

This paper conducted investigation and research on the post-harvest production status,technical equipment application,marketing channel,technology policy demand,etc. status of 67 main bodies of agricultural production and management in 8 mainly agriculture-related districts of Beijing.The results showed that the total amount of initial processing vegetables,watermelon,strawberry,fresh maize and edible mushrooms in 2021 was 77 696.0 t.Year-on-year growth was 19%.The applied rate of main primary processing technology from high to low were grading(91.04%),packaging(88.06%),precooling(64.18%)and preservation(59.70%).The equipment with the highest application rate is packaging machine,reaching 56.72%.Turnover time of vegetable products in Bejing outskirts was shorter.The storage time for products after processing less than 24 h had reached 64.18%.The proportion of seasonal cold storage use was the highest,reaching 31.34%.There were various sale methods for postharvest vegetables,e-commerce(56.72%),leisure picking(49.25%)and community group purchasing(47.76%)ranked the top three.The most needed technology by interviewee was preservation(74.63%),followed by packaging(67.16%).The most needed policy support was the introduction of primary processing equipment(74.63%).

39 Analysis of Genetic Diversity of Melon(Cucumis melo L.)Germplasm Resources Based on Morphological Characters

In order to rationally utilize melon germplasm resources and select breeding parents,this study carried out genetic diversity analysis on 42 major traits of 164 accessions melon germplasm resources.The results showed that the mean values of diversity indices for 24 quality traits and 18 quantitative traits of 164
accessions melon germplasm resources were 0.86 and 1.90,respectively,indicating that quantitative traits had greater genetic diversity.There were complex interrelationship between each quantitative traits,among which single melon quality showed extreme significant positive correlation with fruit development stage,fruit
length,fruit width,flesh thickness,stem thickness,petiole length,petiole thickness,leaf length,leaf width,seed weights a thousand grains,and yield;central sugar content had extreme significant and positive correlation with the number of seeds per melon,while had extreme significant negative correlation with fruit development stage,fruit length,fruit width,flesh thickness,stem thickness,petiole thickness,and seed weight per thousand.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first 3 principal components was 85.689%,containing most of the information on melon fruit trait indicators.The comprehensive scores of 164 accessions germplasm ranged from -2.792 to 5.614.Five materials with higher comprehensive scores were‘S24’(MT010),‘Xinyintian No.22’(MT112),‘PI-315401’(MT133),‘Zhenzhenghamigua’(MT028),and‘Wangwentiangua’(MT048).The results of clustering analysis showed that when the Euclidean distance is 5,these 164 accessions germplasm could be divided into 5 class groups,including separately 69,62,7,23,and 3 accessions germplasm.Summing up the above,the tested melon germplasm resources had rich genetic diversity.

50 Effects of Interaction between Root Mineral Elements and Microorganisms on Tomato Growth and Quality under Root Restriction Treatment

This study took‘Ruifen 882’tomato as test material,and adopted root-restricting cultivation method by 4 treatments of 0.5 L,1 L,4 L,and 15 L(CK)to study the the effects of root mineral elements and microorganisms on growth and quality of tomato plant under different root restriction treatments.The results showed that all root restriction treatments had significantly reduced the plant height,leaf area and single fruit quality of tomato plants;but could improve fruit quality in various degrees. By 0.5 L root restriction treatment the contents of soluble solid,soluble sugar and VC in fruit were significantly higher than that of the contrast,increasing 35.48%,36.09% and 29.69%,respectively.After root restriction,the EC value of root suspension liquid had increased,pH value decreased,and root activity increased.But,the absorption ratios of total nitrogen,total phosphorus and total potassium were different,among which the contents of total nitrogen and total potassium in root were increased,and total phosphorus content was decreased.In root microbiological aspect,root restriction cultivation increased the number of bacteria and actinomyces,but decreased the number of fungi.The comprehensive analysis showed that the roots of tomato plants were restricted by vertical and horizontal directions,and high salt content and unbalanced nutrient content under root micro-environment had resulted in growth of short and small plants.But,0.5 L root-limiting volume could significantly increase the contents of soluble solid,soluble sugar and VC in fruit.

57 Studies on Pathogenicity and Isolate Identification of Pathogen Causing Chinese Cabbage Black Spot in Qingdao Region

In order to clarify the kind of pathogen causing Chinese cabbage black spot in Qingdao region of Shandong Province,this experiment collected 18 accessions of sickened Chinese cabbage samples from Qingdao City Jiaozhou,Laixi and Jimo,in 2019—2020;isolated pathogenic fungi by tissue separation method;conducted classification and identification through morphological observation and molecular biological techniques;and carried out pathogenicity test according to Koch’s rule.The results showed that 21 strains were isolated from the sickened Chinese cabbage samples collected from Qingdao region,belonging to Alternaria brassicaeA. japonica and A. alternate,separately.Among them,A. alternate was the dominant pathogen with detection rate of 76.2%.But A. brassica was the most virulent with a disease index of 48.15.

64 Detection and Analysis of Three Viruses from Weeds in Melon Field of Kashi Area

In 2021,total 47 fresh samples within 13 species from 7 families were randomly collected from the main producing areas of muskmelon in Jiashi and Shule counties of Xinjiang Kashi area.Virus carried of weeds were detected by RT-PCR method to analyze weed virus-carrying rate,and the relationship between
virus.The results showed that there were significant differences among the detection rates of WMV,CMV and ZYMV in different locations and different kinds of weeds.The detection rates of WMV,CMV and ZYMV in Jiashi County were 5.77%,1.43% and 32.19%,respectively.While those in Shule County were 17.14%,2.86% and 7.14%,respectively.Most weeds carried viruses.There were higher genetic variation existed on weed WMV,CMV and ZYMV.

70 Isolation and Identification of Fusarium oxysporum in Protected Tomato at Shouguang City and Studies on Tomato Varieties Susceptibility to Disease

A total of 18 pathogenic strains(SG1-SG18)were isolated and purified from tomato plants infected by Fusarium wilt from greenhouses in Shouguang City of Shandong Province.Koch’s Postulates was used to verify the pathogenicity of the strain.Furthermore,the strains were identified by morphological and molecular biological identification methods.The results showed that the isolated and purified pathogenic strains were Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici.The disease was tomato Fusarium wilt.Among all strains,SG6,SG7 and SG17 were physiological race 1 of tomato Fusarium wilt,and the rest were physiological race 3 of tomato Fusarium wilt.Results of pot experiment by inoculating 3 physiological varieties of tomato fusarium wilt to different tomato varieties showed that‘Busan 88’was a relatively typical susceptible variety of 3 physiological races of tomato Fusarium wilt.While‘Saint Anne’and‘Strawberry tomato’were more resistant varieties to Fusarium wilt suitable for cultivation in Shouguang area.

79 Effects of Different Bio-stimulants on Quality of Eggplant Seedlings

In order to explore the application of different bio-stimulants on eggplant seedlings industry,this paper studied the effects of 5 bio-stimulants,including humic acid,fish protein,seaweed essence,chitin and amino acid on quality of eggplant seedlings.The results showed that all 5 bio-stimulants treatments had concentration effects on eggplant seedlings plant height,stem diameter,shoot dry weight and fresh weight of above ground and below ground,root length,root surface area,root volume and root average diameter,chlorophyll a+b contents in leaf blades,and net photosynthetic rate.There was a changing tendency of first increase then decrease.The better effect of each treatment was diluting 600 times.The results of principal component analysis showed that diluted 600 times fish protein had the best effect on promoting the growth of eggplant seedlings.Compared with the contrast,sound seedling index had increased 54.12%;root length,root surface area,root volume and root average diameter had increased 74.70%,89.34%,80.70% and 26.92%,respectively;chlorophyll a+b contents and net photosynthetic rate had increased 41.26% and 45.00%.Seaweed extract and chitin had the second growth promoting effect.The sound seedling index was increased by 33.03% and 34.86%,respectively.

87 Analysis of Fruit Quality Characters between Taste Tomato and Common Tomato

In order to explore the reasons why the flavor of taste tomato is better than that of ordinary tomato,this experiment selected 2 taste tomato varieties and 2 common tomato varieties to measure the contents of sugar and acid,enzyme activities related to sugar metabolism,appearance quality indexes and nutritional quality indexes during fruit development;and conducted sensory evaluation.The results showed that the variation trend of sugar content was the same in the fruit development of taste tomato and common tomato.The contents of soluble sugar,fructose and glucose were rapidly accumulated from green ripening stage,and contents of soluble sugar reached the highest value at half-ripening stage,while contents of fructose and glucose reached the highest value at full ripening stage.The contents of soluble sugar,fructose and glucose in taste tomato fruits were 43.70%-53.58%,57.98%-96.57% and 47.35%-86.59%,higher than those in common tomato,respectively.Among them the proportion of fructose in soluble sugar content was the highest.Sucrose content began to decrease from young fruit stage.During this period,sucrose content in taste tomato was 18.30%-63.03% higher than that of the ordinary tomato.The sugar metabolism and accumulation of taste tomato in early development stage was regulated by sucrose synthetase(SS),and in late stage was regulated by acidic invertase(AI)and neutral invertase(NI).The titratable acid contents of both taste and common tomato fruits were rapidly accumulated from young fruit stage.Its content in taste tomato was 73.89%-101.05% higher than that in common tomato at ripenning stage.The organic acids in taste tomato fruit were mainly citric acid and malic acid.Their contents were significantly higher than those in ordinary tomato.At ripenning stage,the sugar-acid ratio of taste tomato fruit was 5.17-5.64,significantly lower than that in common tomato fruit.The contents of soluble solid,VC and lycopene were significantly higher than those of common tomato.The contents of soluble protein and various amino acids were also higher than those in common tomato.In conclusion,the good flavor of taste tomato was mainly due to its higher contents of sugar,acid and high proportion of fructose.

95 Effect of Wheat Straw Returning to Fields on Soil Physical and Chemical Properties and Yield of Zizania latifolia

In order to explore the effects of different treatments of returning wheat straw to fields on soil physical and chemical properties,water quality changes in surface water,water bamboo yield and quality under water-dry rotation mode of wheat and Zizania latifolia,this study took conventional base fertilizer as
the contrast and set up 5 fertilizer treatments,including base fertilizer and full straw returning to fields,base fertilizer plus straw manure(straw compost)returning to fields,straw compost returning to fields and slowrelease fertilizer replacing conventional fertilizer application,and routine chemical fertilizer application reduced by 20%.The results showed that different treatments of returning wheat straw to fields had little influence on soil pH and total nitrogen content after Z. latifolia harvest.Soil EC value,alkali-hydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium contents after full amount of straw returning to fields were the highest.Compared with the contrast,the straw manure returning to fields could significantly increase soil organic matter content and increase Z. latifolia yield,but the quality of Z. latifolia were not significantly different.Soil contents of alkalihydrolyzable nitrogen and available potassium treated with straw compost and slow-release fertilizer replacing chemical fertilizer were significantly lower than that of the contrast,but the yield of Z. latifolia was the highest.The content of soil available phosphorus in the treatment of reduction of base fertilizer application was significantly higher than that in the contrast.And there were also no remarkable influence on yield and quality of Z. latifolia.The result of sampling and testing the surface water of Z. latifolia fields showed that at different growth stages the changing trend of pH,COD,total phosphorus and total potassium in surface water of each treatment was basically the same,and the content of nitrate nitrogen was lower than the detection limit(0.5 mg · L-1).Wheat straw returning to fields had no effect on surface water pollution in Z. latifolia fields.To sum up,wheat straw returning to fields,bamboo and rice field-upland field rotation can be used for improving soil fertility,increasing yield and controlling pollution from non-point sources.

101 Effects of Industrial Organic Waste on Growth and Cadmium Accumulation of Pakchoi in Cd-contaminated Soil

The effects of stevioside extract,polyglutamic acid fermentation broth and corn steep liquor extract on the growth and cadmium(Cd)accumulation of pakchoi‘Jingguan No.3’in the Cd-contaminated soil were studied by pot experiment.The experimental results showed that compared with the control,applying 1 g · kg-1 corn steep liquor significantly increased the fresh weight above ground of pakchoi by 61.11%,and significantly reduced the Cd content above ground of pakchoi by 15.97%.The bioconcentration factor also decreased significantly.The application of 1 g · kg-1 polyglutamic acid fermentation broth also showed the promoting effect,which increased the fresh weight above ground of pakchoi,decreased Cd content and bioconcentration factor above ground of pakchoi,but there was no significant difference compared with the control.Application of 1 g · kg-1 stevioside extract exhibited inhibitory effects,which significantly reduced the fresh weight above ground of pakchoi,significantly increase Cd content and bioconcentration factor above ground of pakchoi.In summary,the use of corn steep liquor can enhance the safety of pakchoi production and has significant potential for resource efficiency.

107 A New Red Fruit Tomato F1 Hybrid—‘Longfan No.14’

‘Longfan No.14’is a new middle-late maturing tomato F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘13117’as female parent and‘13118’as male parent.It is of indeterminate growth type.Its plant has strong growing vigor.The first inflorescence sets on the 7-9th segments,with inflorescence intervals of 3-5.The fruit is of round shape and red in color.Its young fruit has no green shoulder.The average single fruit weight is 170.5 g.The fruit hardness is 2.09 kg · cm-2,abnormal cracked fruit rate is 2.89%.The soluble solid content is 5.12%,VC content is 90.2 mg · kg-1,and organic acid content is 3.9 g · kg-1.It is highly resistant to TMV,resistant to TYLCV and leaf mold,tolerant to early blight.It can yield about 105 t · hm-2.It is suitable to be cultivated in protected conditions in spring at Gansu Province.

110 A New Chili Pepper Variety—‘Jinxiangla No.1’

‘Jinxiangla No.1’is a new chili pepper three-line hybrid developed by crossing male sterility line‘Danshenlixiang A’as female parent and inbred line‘Y203’as male parent.It is of medium maturity,and its growth period is about 173 days.Its height is about 71 cm,and width is about 64 cm.Its fruit is fingershaped,grows singly and upward.The old ripe fruit is bright red in color with smooth surface.Its fruits are uniform in size.The fruit is about 5.9 cm in length,0.8 cm in width,and 3.5 g in weight.Its VC content is 1 405.7 mg·kg-1,and capsaicin content is 1 430.0 mg·kg-1.The average fruit number per single plant is 182.It can yield about 25.35 t·hm-2 in fresh pepper,and about 6 t·hm-2 in dried pepper.It is highly resistant to Phytophthora blight,middle resistant to anthracnose.This variety is suitable for planting in Guizhou region.

113 A New Melon F1 Hybrid—‘Yongtian 55’

‘Yongtian 55’is a new middle-ripe melon F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line‘P84’as female and‘YW10-3’as male.The fruit growth period is 38-40 days in spring and 35-38 days in autumn.The average weight of single fruit is about 1.4 kg,and the yield is about 34.5 t · hm-2.The fruit is of oval shape.The surface of fruit is white and reticulated occasionally.Its flesh is orange in color,and texture is crisp.The central soluble solid content is over 15%.The variety is resistant to gummy stem blight and Fusarium wilt,moderate resistant to downy mildew.It is suitable for facility cultivation in Eastern China.

116 A New Dandelion Variety—‘Zhengnongpu No.3’

‘Zhengnongpu No.3’is a new dandelion variety for edible and medical dual-purpose,obtained through systematic breeding.It was the variation population of dandelion strain in Weifang,Shandong Province.Its roots are thick,leaves are clustered and erect,without main stems.The petioles and main veins are green or lavender in color.The leaf blades are emerald green in color and oblanceolate.Its leaf edge has wavy teeth or pinnate shallow cracks.The content of cichoric acid in the dried product is 2.01%.Its resistance to powdery mildew in the field is stronger than that of Zhengzhou local strains.The actual yield of fresh leaves overground part in first crop is about 16.5 t · hm-2.It is suitable for planting in the main dandelion producing areas at central and northern part of Henan Province and regions with similar ecological environment.
