Anthracnose caused by Colletotrichum spp. is one of the main diseases in pepper(Capsicum spp.)production.Cultivating varieties resistant to anthracnose is an important breeding objective.On the basis of reviewing the pathogeny,harm,prevention and control, and artificial identification methods of anthracnose,this paper retrospected studies on the anthracnose resistant papper resources,resistance inheritance and location,resistance mechanism,etc.;summarized and prospectd the present existing problems and future development direction,hoping to provide references for studies on papper resistance to anthracnose.

25 Studies on Construction of Bitter Gourd Core Collection Based on SSR Markers and Phenotypic Traits

Taking advantage of 21 bitter gourd SSR markers and 9 phenotypic traits,this paper constructed core collection for 184 bitter gourd germplasm resources from various geographical origins;and extracted 34 accessions as core collection by combining M strategy sampling method of genotype data and random sampling method of phenotype data.These 34 bitter gourd core collection had reserved 93.46% of the alleles and most of the geographical origins of the initial germplasm.The paper also carried out evaluation on the representativeness of SSR genotype.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the 6 genetic diversity parameters between the core collection and the initial collection.They were the number of alleles(Na),effective number of alleles(Ne),Shannon’s Information index(I),heterozygosity(H),gene diversity(GD) and polymorphism information content(PIC).The evaluation on the phenotypic representativeness of core collection howed that the mean difference percentage(MD%) was 0,and coincidence rate(CR%)was 88.30%.The above results indicated that the 34 core collection of bitter gourd could represent the diversity of initial collection in terms of genotype and phenotype,meeting the requirement of core collection construction.

33 Agronomic Character Identification and Heat Tolerance Evaluation of 11 Accessions of Over Summer Chives(Allium fistulosum L. var. caespitosum Makino)

In order to identify and evaluate the agronomic traits and heat tolerance of over summer chives (Allium fistulosum L. var. caespitosum Makino)germplasm resources from Guangxi,and to screen out potential chives germplasm resources being suitable for cultivation in summer and autumn in Guangxi,this experiment took 11 accessions of chives germplasm resources collected from various main chives producing areas of Guangxi as research object;and carried out field comparison,identification and screening tests in summer.At the same time,this experiment also conducted comprehensive evaluation on chives germplasm agronomic traits and heat tolerance by principal component analysis,clustering analysis and regression analysis.The results showed that through contrastive analysis on agronomic traits,‘Lingxiang .2’ AF90,‘Baitoucong’AF131 and ‘Hezhouzhongshansazicong’ AF65 were screened out for their better expression in over summer yield performance.Among chives agronomic traits indexes,the variation coefficient analysis of quantitative traits showed that the variation in single plant weight and tiller number were richer.The distribution frequency of quality traits showed that the 11 accessions of chives had a wider quality traits distribution.Principal component analysis transformed the original 19 agronomic traits into 6 comprehensive factor indexes,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 84.754%.Clustering analysis divided chives germplasm into 3 types: strong heat tolerant,medium heat tolerant and weak heat tolerant.Both ‘Lingxiang No.2’ AF90 and ‘Baitoucong’ AF131 were strong heat tolerant germplasm,and suitable for spreading in Guangxi for over summer cultivation.The mathematical model Y(heat tolerance)= 7.376 - 0.001X1(yield) for chives heat tolerance evaluation was established by stepwise regression analysis,which could be used for identification of successive heat tolerant breeding material.

40 Studies on Sodium Naphthalene-1-acetate and Compound Sodium Nitrophenolate Enhancing Pepper Resistance to Stress under Intensity of Sub-optimal Temperature and Light

Sodium naphthalene-1-acetate(SNA)improves plant stress resistance by promoting root system growth etc. methods. Compound sodium nitrophenolat(CSN)can also enhance plant stress resistance.In order to explore the promoting effect of 2 solution combination on pepper seedlings in suboptimal temperature and light environment,this paper took‘Longjiao 3’as test material,sprayed different concentrations of SNA and CSN(10 + 0 mg · L-1,0 + 70 mg · L-1,5 + 35 mg · L-1,10 + 70 mg · L-1)on papper seedlings, and studied the changes in their morphological and physiological indexes under suboptimal temperature and light environment〔(12 ± 2)℃ /(8 ± 2)℃,(150 ± 20)μmol · m-2 · s-1〕.The results showed that sub-optimal temperature and light environment could inhibit the growth of pepper seedlings. Spraying different concentrations of exogenous SNA and CSN could all promote pepper seedling growth,increase chlorophyll content,reduce chlorophyll a/b value,improve net photosynthetic rate,enhance activities of SOD and CAT enzymes,and increase endogenous hormones(IAA,iPA,BR)contents,among which the compound spraying effect of 5 mg · L-1 SNA and 35 mg · L-1 CSN was the best.To certain extent,the commond spraying with(5 + 35 mg · L-1)concentration could reduce the damage brought by sub-optimal temperature and light environment,thereby improved pepper seedlings stress resistance.

47 Effects of Applying Different Rhizosphere Growth-promoting Bacteria on Pepper Growth and Soil Microbial Community

Taking ‘Lameizi’ and ‘Xinyangjiao’ as test material,using pot culture experiment method and high-throughput sequencing technology,this paper studied the effects of applying rhizosphere growthpromoting bacteria on pepper growth and rhizosphere microbial community.The results showed that the effects of P1 Bacillus velezensis(Bacillus velezensis)strain on plant height,dry mass,leaf chlorophyll content,plant total nitrogen and total phosphorus contents of these 2 pepper varieties,Xinyangjiao and Lameizi,were significantly higher than that of by the other 4 strain treatments,and also had changed the structure and composition of rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungi community.After P1 strain treatment,the pepper rhizosphere was significantly enriched in and OTU of BacillusLysobacteriumFlavobacterium

56 Effect of Nutrient Solution Concentration Block Setting on Growth of Tomato Plug Seedling under Ebb-and-flow Irrigation System

Taking‘Zhongza No.302’as test material,this study divided the growth and development of tomato plug seedlings into 5 stages(stage Ⅰ is from sowing to seedling emergence;stage Ⅱ is from seedling emergence to cotyledon spreading;stage Ⅲ is from cotyledon spreading to seedling with 2 leaves;stage Ⅳ is from seedling with 2 leaves to 3 leaves;and stage Ⅴ is from seedling with 3 leaves to 4 leaves).Nine nutrient solution concentrations were set in sections.Studies about the effects of nutrient solution concentration block setting on growth and development,nutrient accumulation amount and utilization rate of tomato plug seedlings under ebb-and-flow irrigation system were carried out.The results showed that in stage Ⅰ with irrigation 1.0× nutrient solution concentration,the plug seedling emergence rate was the highest,which was increased by 7.71% than that of the contrast water on the 7th day after sowing.This was obviously higher than those of the other treatments.When the nutrient solution concentration was set as 0.25× in stage Ⅰ,0.25× in stage Ⅱ,1.0× in stage Ⅲ,1.5× in stage Ⅳ and 1.5× in stage Ⅴ(treatment 9),the growth indexes of plug seedling including plant height,stem thickness,leaf area,total root length,root volume,root surface area,root average diameter,dry and fresh weights of stem leaf and root, and strong seedling index,etc.were the best,and the dry weight growth rate of plug seedlings was the highest.The uptake and accumulation of N,P and K were the highest.They were 15.8,10.1,21.0 mg·plant-1,respectively,and the utilization rates were 14.35%,6.10% and 15.92%,respectively.

63 Study on Parameter Optimization of Protected Tomato Cultivation Integrating Agronomy with Agricultural Mechanization

In order to improve the mechanization level in the key link of protected tomato cultivation,from the angle of integrating agronomy with mechanization,and on the basis of ensuring tomato yield and quality,it is urgently needed to study and put forward an agronomic standard easily operated by mechanization.Taking tomato with larger cultivated area in greenhouse as research object,the existing cultivating density and planting bed size as the contrast,this experiment carried out croping in spring and autumn,and explored suitable planting bed parameter and proper planting density for protected tomato cultivation.Results indicated that under the condition of not changing the constant number of cultivated plants per 667 m2,changing 1.4 m double row to 1.6 m double row or 1.6 m single line,and changing the wide strip narrow gap cultivation field to narrow strip wide trench planting beds,shrinking the narrow line space from 50 cm to 30 cm,increasing the wide line spacing from 90 cm to 130 cm could significantly improve the ventilation and light transmission characteristics of the wide rows,yet without obvious impact on tomato nutritional growth,yield and quality,although the light intensity in the lower part of the narrow row was decreased to certain extent comparing with that of the contrast.Therefore,from the perspective of integrating agronomy with agricultural mechanization and simplifying management procedure in later cultivation period,it is suggested to adopt special methods including cultivation by narrowing piece of land and widening furrow,fix planting on 1.6 m double row or single row,1 900-2 500 plants per 667 m2

69 Comparison in Selenium-enriching Ability of Cabbage with Different Genotypes

There are great differences in selenium accumulation ability in different species and varieties of crops.In order to define the differences in selenium accumulation ability between cabbage with different genotypes,this experiment selected cabbage varieties with strong selenium enrichment ability;took 18 main cabbage varieties from the major producing areas in the Middle-lower Reaches of the Yangtze River region as the test material;foliage sprayed 0,300,600 mL · (667 m2-1 bio-organic selenium to compare the selenium enrichment capacity of cabbage with different genotypes.The results showed that comparing with the contrast of non-spraying selenium,there were differences between varieties in the yield per plant,selenium content of aboveground part,selenium accumulation amount of single plant,and selenium utilization efficiency.Foliage spraying 600 mL · (667 m2-1 bio-organic selenium had the best effect.The average yield per plant of 18 cabbage varieties were increased by 9.01% than that of the contrast.Among them,‘Chunqiu 50’had the largest increasing range.The average selenium content in shoot and selenium accumulation per plant of 18 cabbage varieties were increased by 27.58 and 36.69 times,respectively,and selenium utilization efficiency was 68.06%.Clustering analysis indicated that among all tested cabbage varieties there were 7 high selenium accumulation varieties,7 medium selenium accumulation varieties,and 4 low selenium accumulation varieties.

76 Control Effect of Prochloraz and Fludioxonil Mixture on Tomato Fusarium Wilt and Residue Detectio

Control effects of 96.8% prochloraz(10 mg · L-1)and 99.2% fludioxonil(10 mg · L-1)mixture(2 V∶8 V)on tomato Fusarium wilt and pharmaceutical residues status was studied using pot experiment.The results showed that the length of tomato stem lesion was 0.2 cm,50 days after applying mixture,which was significantly smaller than that by single fludioxonil treatment and the contrast by clear water treatment.The plant height was 32.1 cm,and there was no obvious difference with that of the healthy plants without Fusarium wilt inoculation.The control effect on Fusarium wilt was 71.67%,remarkably superior than that by 2 single treatments.No prochloraz and its final metabolite 2,4,6-Trichlorophenol were detected in the stems and leaf blades.The final residual quantities of fludioxonil were less than 0.06 mg · kg-1 and 0.01 mg · kg-1,respectively.

82 Prevention and Control Effect of Rhodovulum sulfidophilus and Thiamethoxam Combination Against Tomato Viral Disease

The experiment on tomato viral disease prevention and control was performed in Chifeng City,Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region for 2 consecutive years from 2019 to 2020.By the methods of spraying Rhodovulum sulfidophilus HNI-1 and root-dipping(irrigating roots)with thiamethoxam, the experiment had improved the prevention and control effect on tomato viral disease from the angles of controlling virus vector Bemisia tabaci and enhancing plant resistance.Two years prevention experiment results showed that the disease index of tomato viral disease was all controlled below 1.6,and the number of B. tabaci per tomato plant was maintained under 6.The control experimental results also showed that comparing with the contrast,15 days after medication the viral disease symptom was obviously relieved,and disease index was significantly reduced to 5.94-7.48.The number of B. tabaci per tomato plant was reduced to 64.3-84.3,indicating that this prevention and control technique could effectively control tomato viral disease.

88 Effects of Different Types Full Biodegradation Film on Taro Yield and Soil Environment

Taro is a special cash crop in Jiangsu Province.It has large cultivated area and high utilization rate of mulch film.However,it is very difficult to recycle mulch film.The inability of naturally degrading it has caused environmental pollution,which are unfavorable for large-scale and sustainable development of taro industry in Jiangsu Province.Taking ordinary polyethylene(PE)mulch film as the contrast,this paper studied the effects of poly butylene adipate-co-terephthalate(PBAT)full biodegradation film,and poly lactic acid(PLA)full biodegradation film on taro yield and soil environment.The results showed that the PLA full biodegradation film exhibited obvious effects on improving emergence rate and promoting taro nutritional growth.Compaired with PE mulch,the taro yield using PLA full biodegradation film was increased by 18.1%-27.3%.The cracking period of the PLA full biodegradation film was more suitable,and its effect on controlling weed was better.PLA full biodegradation film could also effectively reduce the labor cost,being economically feasible.In the same year,its mulch degradation rate reached over 80%.About one year later the residual soil film was naturally degraded and elimilated.Basically,it had no effect on crop production,and could be used as a substitute of common PE mulch film in Jiangsu taro production.

95 Identification of Strawberry Root Rot Pathogenic Fungi Ilyonectria novozelandica

Identification on strawberry root rot pathogen was conducted by morphology and molecular biology technique.Tissue culture,pathogen isolation and purification of sicken strawberry roots in strawberry breeding nursery was carried out.The pathogen strain was initially diagnosed as Ilyonectria pathogen by traditional morphological observation.The ZJ16 strain was initially identified by universal primers ITS1/ITS4.It was belonging to the genus Ilyonectria,which could not be identified as species.The specific gene EF-1α and Histone H3 primer sequence were selected and analyzed by PCR amplification.Homology comparison between sequencing result of waiting tested strain and related strain EF-1α and Histone H3 sequence in GenBank were conducted.The homology of waiting tested strain and Ilyonectria novozelandica(CBS 112593)were all 100%.It was confirmed that strawberry root rot pathogen in Xinjiang region was identified as Ilyonectria novozelandica,which was a new recorded species in China.

101 A New Pak-choi F1 Hybrid —‘Jinglv No.1’

‘Jinglv No.1’ is a new pak-choi F1 hybrid developed by crossing 2 self-incompatible lines ‘11346’ and ‘11501’.The plant is of semi-erect type with beautiful beam waist.The plant is about 21 cm in height and about 30 cm in spread width.It can be harvested 40 days after sowing in autumn.The leaf is glossy dark green in color with flat surface and beautiful appearance.The petiole is green in color,about 5.2 cm in width and about 0.8 cm in thickness.The single plant weight is about 0.17 kg.Its crude fiber content is 6.42 g · kg-1,and VC content is 331.0 mg · kg-1(FW).It is highly resistant to downy mildew,resistant to TuMV and black rot;medium tolerance to bolting.It can yield about 40.5 t · hm-2.It is suitable for summer and autumn cultivation in Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,Shaandong,Shanxi,Gansu,Ningxia,Zhejiang in protected and open fields.

104 A New Cherry Tomato F1 Hybrid for Protected Cultivation —‘Shouyanchengying’

‘Shouyanchengying’ is a new cherry tomato F1 hybrid developed by crossing inbred line ‘T81260379’ as female parent and inbred line ‘T81260361’ as male parent.It is of indeterminate growth type.The plant has strong growth vigor.Its fruits are of oval shape,tidy and in good uniform.The ripe fruit is glossy orange in color.Its soluble solid content is 7.6%,VC content is 272.0 mg · kg-1,and beta carrots content is 48.0 mg · kg-1.It is tolerant to storage and transportation.The average single fruit weigh is 22 g.It can yield about 57 t · hm-2.It is resistant to ToMV,medium resistant to root node nematode.It is suitable for early spring and over winter cultivation in protected fields of Shandong region.

107 A New Pod Pepper F1 Hybrid —‘Chaotianjiao No.8’

‘Chaotianjiao No.8’ is a new fresh and dry dual-purpose type big fruit pod pepper F1 hybrid developed by crossing genic male sterile line ‘ZHB1’ as female parent and inbred line ‘ZHA4’ as male parent.It is of medium maturity.Its growth period is about 180 days.The plant type is compact with strong growth potential and continuous fruit setting ability.Its fruit grows singly and upward.It is of finger shape,6-8 cm in length,about 1.5 cm in width.Its flesh is about 1.2 mm in thickness.The single fruit weight is about 6.4 g.The ripe fruit is green in color,and old ripe fruit is bright red in color.Its capsaicin content is 952 mg · kg-1,VC content is 1 060 mg · kg-1.It tastes moderate spicy with good flavor and good commodity.In fields,its resistance to virus disease,anthrax and epidemic disease is stronger than those of the contrast ‘Zunla No.6’.In open field cultivation,it can yield fresh pepper about 21 t · hm-2,and dried pepper about 5.25 t · hm-2.It is suitable for spring planting in open fields of Guizhou region.

110 A New Cucumber F1 Hybrid of Southern China Type —‘Jiza 19’

‘Jiza 19’ is a new cucumber F1 hybrid of southern China type,developed by crossing inbred line‘04196’as female parent and inbred line‘Ⅱ-0407-1-2-1-1’as male parent.It is of early maturity.The first female flower sets on about the 4th node.It takes about 60 days from sowing to harvest.Its plant has stronger growth vigor.Both main and side vines can bear fruits.The fruit is of stick shape,straight with rarer tumor.Its peel is light green in color.The fruit is about 22 cm in length,about 4 cm in width.The average single fruit weight is 150 g.In fields,its resistance to downy mildew,Fusarium wilt and angular spot is stronger than that of the contrast‘Jiza 16’.It can yield about 81 t · hm-2.It is suitable for cultivation in protected fields in Jilin Province.
