7 Studies on Fertilization Strategy and Related Indexes for Tomato Facility Soil Cultivation
GAO Jie-Yun, WANG Li-Ying, YAN Zheng-Juan, JIA Wei, CHEN Qing
Due to diverse facility vegetable planting seasons, growth periods and yield levels, its high income character has resulted in excessive fertilization in facility cultivation, which has led to soil nutrient over accumulaion, soil acidification, and secondary salinization.Very high ariation of soil available nitrogen content in rootzone limited the use of soil mineral nitrogen testing and nitrogen recommendation during the whole growing period.Taking greenhouse tomato Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) in northern China as an example and based on the data from our experiments and published literatures, this paper provides strategy of specific formula for fertilization in soil-bound greenhouse tomato, according to fertilization and nutrient uptake characteristics, including determining the total nutrient requirements of different seasons’ tomato by target yield; determining the chemical fertilizers( N, P and K) quantities based on optimum rate of organic manure and soil nutrient levels; selecting special fertilizer formulas for tomato in different growth periods based on
the characteristics of nutrient uptake and fertilization schedule in the whole growth period of tomato, which was matched into irrigation schedule. The two-year demonstration results of the recommended strategy and related index in Beijing suburbs showed that the inputs of N, P2O and K2O fertilizer, and water were saved by 42.7%, 59.1%, 41.5% and 21.0%, respectively as compared with the conventional practices, while the tomato yields increased by 13.4% on average with recommended fertilization strategies.

WANG Ji-Yuan, 吕Ya-You , YU Di, ZHANG Wei-Na, PU Feng-Zhi, SHEN Shun-Shan
In order to analyze the correlation between pepper root exudates and its resistance to disease, the effect of root exudates from 4 different resistant pepper varieties on Phytophthora capsici was tested. The results show that the root exudates from resistant pepper varieties‘ PRMND’ and‘ DNP56’have significant
inhibition effect on mycelia growth, zoosporangium formation, zoospore release and cystospore germination of Phytophthora capsici. While the root exudates from‘ Kexing No.6’ and‘ Xinjiyu’, which are highly susceptible varieties, have no obvious effect on mycelia growth , the root exudates of‘ Kexing No.6 ’ has no obvious effect on the zoosporangium formation , the root exudates of‘ Xinjiyu’ has obvious effect the zoosporangium formation , the root exudates of‘ Kexing No.6’ and‘ Xinjiyu’ have obvious inhibition effect on the zoospore release and cystospore germination of Phytophthora capsici at 8 hours after treatment, but its inhibition is significantly lower than that of the resistant varieties.

17 Using SSH Technology to Identify Relevant Genes Resistant to Cucumber Downy
Mildew
LIU Da-Jun, QIN Zhi-Wei, ZHOU Xiu-Yan, XIN Ming, WU Tao
Adopting SSH technology, this paper studied on the difference expressive genes of downy
mildew resistant cucumber inbred line‘ M801-3-1’ before and after the infection of downy mildew.Diseaseresistant
cucumber material vaccinated downy mildew and unvaccinated cDNA library was constructed using
SSH technology.Forty-eight positive clones were obtained by reverse Northern blot hybridization detection,
and 14 UniESTs were obtained including 8 singletons and 6 contigs via molecular biology software. The
SSH-EST genes function analysis indicated that oxidative stress resistance and chloroplast reconstruction
and protection mechanisms had very important role on disease resistance. At the same time, the paper
put forward that Clpb,HSP70,HSP22 and peptidyl-prolyl cis-trans isomerase might be involved in the R
gene-mediated defense reaction, and smHSP might be the‘ defending target’ of R protein, responsible for
monitoring intracellular exception. This study has provided a key evidence for revealing the relations between
active oxygen mechanism and R gene mediate protection mechanism.

27 Effects of Exogenous Tannic Acid, Salicylic Acid and Their Mixture on Tomato
Seed Germination
ZHANG 恩Ping, ZHAO Ru-Yue, LI Liang-Liang, ZHANG Shu-Hong
Adopting filter paper culture method, this research investigated the effect of tannic acid, salicylic acid and the mixture(1∶1) on tomato(Lycopersicon esculentum Mill.) seed germination andseedling growth. The results showed that tannic acid presented a trend of promotion in low concentration and
inhibition in high concentration. When the tannic acid concentration reached to 0.2 g·L-1, it started to restrain seed germination and seedling growth. Salicylic acid and the mixture appeared to inhibit the seed germination and the hypocotyl and germ growth, and the inhibitory effects were enhanced along with the increase of their concentration, Whereas, salicylic acid and the mixture showed a tendency of promotion in low concentration and
inhibition in high concentration effect on tomato radide growth. When the salicylic acid concentration reached 0.5
g·L-1, it showed 100% inhibitory effect. At the same time, the intensity of inhibitory effects showed a trend of
salicylic acid > 1∶1 mixture > tannic acid under the concentration of 0.5 g·L-1.

Component and Its Plant Nitrogen,Phosphorus and Potassium Accumulation
ZHANG Xiao-Bin, QI Bai-Fu, SONG Shi-Wei, LIU Hou-Cheng, SUN Guang-Wen, SU Wei, CHEN Ri-Yuan
Abstract:In order to investigate the physiological mechanism of different NH4+/NO3- ratio(0∶100,10∶90,25∶75,50∶50)regulating the growth of Chinese kale(Brassica albograbra L.H.Bailey),exudate composition and plant nutrient were analyzed. The results showed that compared with the control(CK)treatment, the biomass and bleeding intensity were significantly improved by ammonium enhancement treatments,in which T2 treatment had the maximum value. T1 treatment increased soluble protein-N and P flux in bleeding sap significantly, compared with the control. T2 treatment had the highest flux of NO3--N,P,Kin bleeding sap. The highest flux of NH4+-N,free amino acid-N and soluble protein-N were found in T3 treatment, while each NO3--N and K flux was lower than that of the CK. Compared with CK,the concentration and accumulation of N,P and K were increased in T1 and T2 treatments, and the concentration and accumulation of K was reduced in T3 treatment. In conclusion, roots absorption capacity, nitrogen metabolism, and the uptake and accumulation of N,P,K were improved by appropriate enhancement(25%)of ammonium in nutrient solution, thereby plant growth was promoted.

37 Initial Exploration on Facility Soil Salinity Differences between Full Wettish and
Water Logging Cultivation
ZHANG Na, ZHOU Zeng-Hui, JIANG Jie-Zeng, MIAO Min-Min, TIAN Qiu-Fang, SHI Ru-Qiong
In order to understand better the effect of different paddy-upland rotations on facility soil salinity, water logging with water cress and wettish with water dropwort planted in 2 facilities next to each otherwere conducted.Sampled 4 layers of soil with 10 cm as a unit, we tested and analyzed the soil EC value and anion and cation contents in soil layers. The result shows that wettish cultivation can obviously reduce the total salinity in 0-30 cm soil layers, and the decline degree was higher than that of water logging. While the soil salinity content in 30-40 cm layers was increased and stranded. After wettish cultivation treatment, the ions that vegetable absorbed little will infiltrate significantly, while NO3- as nutrient ion in main absorption layer of root system increases. The decline degree of K+ in 0-30 cm layers treated by wettish cultivation was
obviously smaller than that treated by water logging cultivation. All these indicates that wettish cultivation has better reserve effect on nutrient ions absorbtion by vegetable crops.

41 Studies on Vegetable Cyclical Price Fluctuation Law in China
GUO Li-Ye
During recent years, vegetable prices have been fluctuating frequently in China; and difficult selling and expensive buying has occurred from time to time.By virtue of HP and BP filter methods, this paper quantifies vegetable and its main varieties to find out long-term change factors, seasonal factors, circulating
factors and random factors affecting vegetable prices, and then analyzes the law of price fluctuation. The results of analysis indicate that vegetable prices show the linear trend of overall long-term growth, with significant seasonal fluctuation but no evident random fluctuation.Storage tolerant varieties in centralized producing areas have evident price fluctuation cycle with relatively distinct seasonal changes; while those in scattered producing
areas have no obvious price fluctuation cycle but with evident seasonal changes.Weather factors exert great influences on price fluctuation of greenhouse vegetables and leafy vegetables, with characteristics of significant seasonal fluctuation but no obvious cyclical fluctuation characteristics.
