Prelimiary Study on Dynamic Changing of CO_2 Concentration in Sola Lean to Greenhouse During the Cultivation of Cucumber

On the basis of three years research work,the results showed that the seasonal and diurnal variation of CO 2 concentration in solar lean to greenhouse was obvious during the cucumber growth. CO 2 concentration was higher in November and March and lower in May. Identification on the resistance to tunip mosaic virus (TuMV) in Brassica campestris ssp. Chinensis Makino at seedling stage was conducted during the period of 1996-2000. Nine hundred and eighty two non heading Chinese cabbage accessions in China were tested for resistance to TuMV by mechanical inoculation in an insect free greenhouse. Study on Cutting Propagation of Toona sinensis

Using root cutting and shoot cutting,by means of the orthogonal design propagation of Toona sinensis was carried out. The results showed that root cutting was superior to shoot cutting,and long cutting was better than short cutting for propagation. Investigation of the Nutrient Solution Management of Tomato Cultivation in Modern Greenhouse

The investigation on the nutrient solution management of tomato cultivation under modern greenhouse showed that ranges of pH in nutrient solution and drainage solution were 5.0-6.0 and 6.0-7.0 respectively. The EC value in drainage solution was 1.0ms·cm -1 higher than that in nutrient solution. The important factors affecting the amount of nutrient solution supply were light intensity and temperature. Layou No.2 is a hot pepper F 1 hybrid developed by crossing excellent male sterile line 33A with restorative line 52. It is early maturity,resistant to phytophthora blight,southern bacterial and mosaic virus. The yield is 22.5-34.5t·hm -2 . Average fruit weight is 30-40g with smooth green skin and good quality.
