1 Functional Genomics and Its Application in Vegetable Crops

As the initiation of the international sequencing projects of cucumber, tomato, potato, Chinese cabbage and their nearing completion, it takes the vegetable crops into the era of functional genomics. This paper reviews the techniques of functional genomics, and its application in vegetable crops, also the trend in the future.
