The antifungal effect of 1×10¹¹ cfu·g^-1 Bacillus Subtilis WP against cucumber gray mold(Botrytis

cinerea)tested by allied toxicity measurement and field efficacy trials.The result showed that Bacillus Subtilis WP

had good inhibitory effect on cucumber gray mold(Botrytis cinerea)with EC₅₀ of 5.89×10⁶ cfu·mL^-1,which

indicated that it had the same effect with control insecticides Pyrimethanil.The same result was found in field

experiment.The efficacies of 0.08 g·m^-2 Bacillus Subtilis and 0.11 g·m^-2 control insecticides were 70.81 % and

77.40 %,respectively.
