Abstract The test on the restoring and maintaining relationship between three different radish male sterile cytoplasms showed that DA、JA and SA had different restoring and maintaining relationship.The bands of perioxidase(POD)and esterase(EST)enzymes were also different between the three male sterile cytoplasms.The results indicated that they belong to different male sterile types.
