Abstract Abstract:In this paper, cultivated tomato Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 1052 was used as female
parent and wild tomato L. peruvianum LA3858 was used as male parent. One F1 hybrid was obtained
by embryo rescuing method. The hybrid was backcrossed with Lycopersicon esculentum Mill. 1052 to
generate BC1 progeny. And 6 single plants of backcross F1 species hybrids were obtained. Moreover,129
primers of CAPS,SSR and InDel on 12 chromosomes were used to analyze chromosome fragments of BC1.
The results showed that these 6 BC 1 plants contained the whole genome of L. peruvianum LA3858.
