Abstract A gas chromatography（GC）method was developed for determination of 5 pesticides degradation dynamic in the sample of Agrocybe aegerita composts．The sample was extracted by acetonitrile and cleaned up by florisil column，separated by quartz capillary column．Degradation dynamics of BHC（α-BHC，β-BHC，γ-BHC，δ-BHC），DDT（o, p' –DDT，p, p' –DDT，p, p' -DDD，p, p' -DDE），Chlorpyrifos，Deltamethrin，Cypermethrin were determined simultaneously by GC-ECD．Minimum detection amount were 2.8×10-10-1.6×10-8 g．Minimum detection concentration were 0.000 15-0.053 00 mg?kg-1，relation coefficient≥0.995 4，Half-life were 33.02 d，53.14 d，18.21 d，18.16 d and 9.4 d，respectively.
