Abstract RAPD system is established by PCR optimizing experiment. Five primers are picked out for genetic purity determination from eighty arbitrary primers,of which the primer OPM17 can be used for genetic purity determination in three hybrids. Special fingerprinting of the three hybrids is obtained by RAPD in many cultivars. It can identify genuineness of these three hybrids.
