Abstract：The resistance of the tissue culture seedling from tomato resistant rootstock Beaufort(Lycopersicon lycopersicum ×L.hirsutum)was evaluated.The results indicated that the resistance of tissue culture seedling significantly declined compared with the rootstock seedling,but the resistance level was significantly higher than that of the check of Hezuo908,a susceptible tomato cultivar.The same trend was found when the tissue culture seedling grafted on Hezuo908 three months after inoculated with root-knot nemato...
