Evaluation on Fruit Quality of Hot Pepper and Correlative Analysis

Abstract：The quality of the capsicum fruit includes nutrition,flavor and commercial quality.This paper tested nine indexes which affect the quality of the capsicum fruit with twenty-three capsicum resources,evaluated these capsicum resources by gray relevancy analysis of data processing system,and analyzed the relationship between indexes.The results provide a simple and reliable way to evaluate and select capsicum resources for capsicum quality breeding.
