Abstract：Isolated microspore culture was carried out with ten F1 hybrids of pakchoi(Brassica campestris L.ssp.chinensis var.communis Tsen et Lee.).The frequency of embryogenesis,embryos germinated seedling,subculture and rootage of regenerated plantlets,uniform identification of horticultural characters from the DH line progenies and hybrid made with DH lines were studied.The results showed that genotypes had remarkable effect on embryoid induction.Using semi-content of macro-elements in NLN-13 medium increased the ...
