Abstract：Broccoli was sprayed by brassinolide with concentration of 0.001,0.01 and 0.1mg·L -1 separately. The activities NR (Nitrate reductase),SOD (Superoxide dismutase),POD (Peroxidase),CAT (Catalase),Pro (Proline) contents of leaves and curd yield were investigated. The results showed that the mid and lower concentration of brassinolide could promote the activity of NR,influence cell protective enzymes system,enhance SOD,POD and CAT activity,accelerate Pro accumulation and increase curd yield.
