Abstract：Seven Chinese cabbage cultivars or lines were used for establishing a rapid identification method of late bolting character by vernalizing the germinated seeds at 3 ℃ for 20 days, then the seeds were sowed and grown in a greenhouse at 20-22 ℃ and 16 hours day length(using 100-130 μmol·m -2 ·s -1 of supplemental lighting in night to provide longer days).
