Abstract β-aminobutyric acid (BABA) is a plant chemical inducers of resistance which can induces resistance against a large number of plant pathogens.The activity of BABA compound induced resistance against many vegetable disea- ses in the greenhouse or field was investigated.Our results showed that 10% BABA soluble powder was more effective against diseases than pure BABA.The activity against pepper phytophthora blight by 10 % BABA soluble powder was more than 88 % 10 days after inoculation.The efficacy in controll...
