Abstract Glucosinolates composition and contents were evaluated taking 6 radish(Raphanus sativus L.)cultivars as experiment materials.The result indicates that there are great differences among total glucosinolates contents of different radish cultivars. Jinghong No.3 ,an autumn-red radish,has the highest total glucosinolate content 480.9μmol·kg-1(FW),followed by Jingyanshuiguoxingluobo 318.8μmol·kg-1(FW).The lowest concent is found in Mantanghong 213.9μmol·kg-1(FW),taking 44%of Jinghong No.3 content.After analyzin...
