Abstract Zhongza No.8 is a tomato F1 hybrid with parental lines of 882-32 and 882-7.Its plants are indeterminate and vigorous with a high resistance to TMV, leaf mould disease and tolerant to CMV. It has globle-shaped and red fruits with good quality, and has much less deformed ones. Its productivity is stable and high with yield of 75￣150t per ha. It has a wide adaptation and can be well cultivated both in protected and open field.
