Abstract：Microspore culture was carried out with 11 varieties of broccoli. Embryoids and regenerated plants were successfully obtained. The highest embryogenesis induction efficiency of 25. 28 per bud was achieved in luxiu. After treating the regenerated plants with 1 % colchicines, the chromosome doubling efficiency increased to 24%.
