Abstract：DNA from winter gourd(Benincase hispida Cogn.)was extracted by methods of CTAB,CTAB-Free,PVP，SDS and the effects of different extraction methods were compared and analyzed.By evaluating purity of DNA,concentration of DNA and DNA yield,the result indicated that the effect of CTAB-Free and PVP were better than that of CTAB,SDS.
