Abstract：More than 80 accessions of broccoli were screened for the multiple resistance by seedling inoculation and field test. Two matrials were selected, one material resistant to both TuMV and black rot and the other resistant to TuMV and enduring black rot. By crossing these two materials with other inbred lines two promising combinations with resistance to both TuMV and black rot were obtained.
