Abstract：Identification of gynoecious and androecious cucumber was conducted by using three chemical methods named BTB,NADH and TTC at seedling stage of cucumber. The results showed that the time of color altering of gynoecious cucumber extraction after adding into BTB was earlier than that of androecious cucumber extraction. The greatest difference of absorbed volume under 630nm existed between two types of cucumber within 5 hours after reaction with BTB. That is the right time to identify gynoecous and andro...
