Abstract：Interspecific hybrids from CMS B.campestris L.ssp. pekinensis × B.napus were obtained.Interspecific cross compatibility between the CMS hybrid and B. oleracea var. acephala were only 0.001. After pollination,young 14 days embryos between the CMS hybrid and B. oleracea var. acephala grew plantlets on MS+BA 2 mg·L -1+NAA 0.05 mg·L -1+Sucrose 30 g·L -1.
