黄曲条跳甲是十字花科蔬菜生产中难以控制的重要害虫之一,对作物产量和质量造成巨大损失。本试验以白萝卜品种丰收303 为试材,研究昆虫病原线虫(EPN)对萝卜黄曲条跳甲的防控效果。结果表明,昆虫病原线虫制剂对萝卜地黄曲条跳甲幼虫具有较好的防治作用,在萝卜播后0、15 d 和30 d 各施用1 次,小区试验防效可以达到75% 以上,大区试验防效也达到70% 以上。
Striped flea beetle Phyllotreta striolata is one of the most hard control pests in Brassicaceae family,and causes extensive damage to yield and quality of crops. This experiment took Raphanus sativus cv. ‘Fengshou 303’ as material,and studied the control effect of entomopathogenic nematodes(EPN)in managing
larva of P. striolata on cultivated radish . The results showed that EPN could significantly reduce the population density of larva of P. striolata on radish. When EPN was applied 0 d,15 d,and 30 d after sowing,the control effect could reach over 75% in plot experiment field and more than 70% in wide field trail.
